238 lbs → 155 lbs. This is more than a number.
Every drop of sweat, every disciplined meal, every early morning and late night… this journey tested my will, my patience, and my faith.
There were days I didn’t feel like showing up, days progress felt invisible, but I kept going. I prayed, I trusted, and I stayed consistent when no one was watching.
This transformation isn’t just about the body—it’s about building strength in the mind, clarity in the spirit, and becoming the man God intended me to be.
