Standing between pillars like I finally became strong enough to hold myself up through every season I thought would break me.

The fountain behind me feels symbolic because life keeps flowing, cleansing, renewing, and reminding me that I do not have to stay stuck in old versions of myself.

Lately I’ve been feeling closer to the real me. More grounded. More aware. More intentional. Learning how to move with peace instead of panic. Learning that healing is not perfection, it is choosing yourself again and again.

I’ve outgrown survival mode. I’m stepping into alignment, confidence, softness, abundance, and purpose.

This version of me feels lighter. Wiser. More open. More alive.

I had the pleasure of unexpectedly meeting Britney Spear’s mom, Lynne Spears!! She was attending the Make Wellness Conference here in Orlando, and our paths just so happened to cross in the hallway! It was a divine moment, as I’ve been praying for Britney Spears a lot lately, and I was just shocked that happened, and I got to give her a word of encouragement and bless her and she said to me “Thank you, Sweetie, God Bless you.” And she took a selfie with me.

It was a treasured moment that I’ll never forget. 💕

Sometimes the purpose is simply to enjoy being alive.

Movement is medicine for more than just your body. 🏃‍♂️✨

Every walk, stretch, lift, dance, stair climbed, or random moment you decide to MOVE gives your body somewhere to put all that built-up energy.

Movement can help regulate your nervous system, release physical tension, support your mood, improve circulation, build strength, and remind your body that it was made to MOVE….. not stay stuck. 🧠⚡️

And lately, I’ve realized it’s bigger than fitness for me.

When I move my body, I feel like I’m moving my LIFE forward.

It doesn’t always have to be an intense workout. Take the walk. Dance around your room. Stretch. Hit the stairs. Go outside. Put some music on and MOVE.

Release the energy.
Clear your head.
Build the body.
