Most founders think they’re stuck because they need a better strategy. Some elusive marketing secret. A sleek new funnel.

In my experience, that’s rarely the shift needed.

The women I work with are intelligent.

Capable.

Resourceful.

They’ve read the books.

Listened to the podcasts.

Bought the courses.

Hired the coaches.

They’re not missing information.

They’re living from an internal operating system that was built around survival.

Their subconscious programming still believes success requires hustle.

Their nervous system still associates slowing down with danger.

Their identity was shaped by proving, performing and carrying more than they ever should have had to.

So even though they consciously desire ease...

their body keeps pulling them back toward what’s familiar.

Not because they’re broken.

Because that’s exactly what nervous systems are designed to do.

Protect.

This is why I don’t start with strategy.

I start with the subconscious.

The nervous system.

Identity.

Because when those begin to change...

everything else finally has permission to.

The only resistance who feel is resistance from within. 🥰

Sometimes a big goal seems daunting and massive because we haven’t broken it down into small, bite sized pieces. 💕

Remember, you don’t need to see the whole path. You just need to be able to look down and clearly see the next step. And if you are being honest with yourself, you already know your next move.

Believe it or not… Most people fail to even have a vision for their life.

The first step and intentional creating is to actually decide what you want. Which begins with giving yourself permission to actually want what you want. Not what society wants for you. Not what others want for you.

What do you truly long for inside? Lights your soul up? What set your heart on fire?

Then, of course, we go about the Beautiful business of identifying and upgrading all of the subconscious programming and unaddressed belief standing between you and your desired life experience.

Becoming “her” is a beautiful process and my favorite aspect of coaching my clients. I absolutely love working with other female, founders and entrepreneurs, helping them step into and embody their most magnificent selves.

Watching someone light up and finally step INTO their most activated and magnificent identity is an experience I absolutely love.

Attracting what you want is only a small portion of it. Your power lies in your capacity to receive.

Yes. What do you know it or not you are more than likely blocking your blessings and resisting and or self sabotaging the things you are chasing.

Perhaps it’s love. Maybe it’s money. Dry likely you crave more ease in your life.

But are you open to RECEIVING it when it shows up? Do you have the capacity to embrace it or are you resisting of things your conscious mind thinks you want?

With my clients, I find it more often than not you have blocks or beliefs in the way of you having the capacity to embrace the things you desire

The bliss of alignment... 💕

For creatives, it is so rewarding to have days where you can immerse yourself in exercising your gifts in the service of others. Those days where you feel you lose yourself in your work and slide into "flow" state. I've enjoyed a string of those lately.

3 tips for elevating your ability to focus:

1 -- make SURE you turn phone notifications OFF. On the iPhone you can even customize and allow specific notifications to come through. This helps tremendously. I allow only messages or calls from my husband.

2 -- Simplify your surroundings. An organized, clean, bright atmosphere is perfect for me. Determine what YOUR "happy place" is and set up that amazing environment for these sessions.

3 -- Set up specific goals. I like to "batch" my high-intensity tasks. Mini power sessions with a specific outcome to achieve. Maybe it's creating videos. Or creating a client's branding, or building a website. I establish a VERY clear outcome to achieve during this power session and ONLY focus on that goal.

For those of us who struggle to focus (raising hand high) this has been a way to overcome distraction and while simultaneously experiencing the bliss of flow state.

What would you dare to do, and who would you dare to be if you KNEW you would succeed? 💕✨🔥

These questions are the foundation of my onboarding experience. I encourage entrepreneurs and founders to stop focusing simply on what exists now, and go to the place of creation: their imagination. Their original vision. Their true desires. What do you crave most? What are your loftiest desires? If you could have ANYTHING… what would you want?

Because anything short of that simply isn’t fulfilling.

Ringing in the NEW, FABULOUS, FRESH START ✨

Truthfully, I LOVE an excuse for fresh #goalsetting and realignment. New Years is really just an excuse to toss out any and all thoughts beliefs or things which no longer serve me.

It's about DECLUTTERING mind, body and soul. I love a good #lifedit and this sunny, Saturday (the last of 2022) is the perfect time for a good soul cleanse.

As I reflect on this year I am unbelievably proud of my personal growth. I stepped into the unknown, gained terrific clarity on my own personal #ikigai and allowed myself to release any beliefs holding me back.

2023 is a continuation on that theme and filled with opportunities to elevate into overflow and enjoy my own personal blissful expansion.

Bradley Cooper is known for his pursuit of personal excellence. He strives to become an even better master of his craft and work with other amazing people. I agree wholeheartedly.

Feminine softness... ✨💕

For me, femininity is a superpower I took far too long to embrace and enjoy. This means leaning in to my innate nature. Opting out of "hustle culture" and not chasing - ever. It's about learning to RECEIVE and ALLOW IN the many blessings and tremendous abundance flowing our way (yes, all of us) continuously.

For far too long I resisted assistance, I was determined to be too self-reliant, I was rushing forward mostly out of fear. You see, in my opinion those who are overly independent are doing so as a trauma response. But once you learn to RELEASE resistance and ALLOW IN the flow of support, abundance, love, clients... EVERYTHING, life reveals itself to you.

Today my life is much different as a result of ALLOWING. As a result of RELEASING resistance. As a result of learning how beautiful interdependence really is when mastered.

What are you RESISTING? What would happen if you STOPPED chasing and ALLOWED opportunities to come to you?

Hello… life edit 2022! 💕

I find these last two weeks of the year to be ideal for a comprehensive life edit. Less fuss, more focus. Less noise, more intention. Less intrusion, more clarity.

This is not a dramatic process for me. More of a blend of internal (mindset & intention) and external release of what needs to go.

It’s simple. High-value in. Low-value out. Boom! 🔥

I find it empowering and clarifying.

Truth be told, I doubt this process is visibile to others. The shift is so subtle. But I find it to be a freeing, lightening feeling.

More calm. More intention. More clarity.

Yoga. Weights. Water. Meditation. Candles. Bubble baths. And LOTS of listening to high-value content.
