Yesterday, I cried in front of two and a half thousand people.

Let me explain…

Most performers play a character on stage, or at least an extended version of themselves. But that’s the thing. When I’m standing under those lights, I’m just me.

Last night was show 31 of 65.

As I took my bow, I looked right up to the upper circle of the London Coliseum and suddenly couldn’t quite believe I was standing on one of the biggest stages in London’s West End.

Then I looked to my right.

Some of the most talented people I have ever worked with were standing beside me. But they’re not just people I work with anymore. They’ve become friends.

And that got me.

The big stages don’t happen overnight. Behind the moments people see are years of rejection, sacrifice, uncertainty and continuing to believe in something long before there’s any evidence it will actually happen.

For almost ten years, much of that journey has felt quite lonely.

I’ve always believed imagination is incredibly powerful. You have to be able to see something before you can create it. But nobody really talks about how long you sometimes have to hold onto that picture while reality catches up.

Last night, something shifted.

I realised I wasn’t walking this incredible journey alone anymore.

I looked beside me at people who care about me, laugh with me, challenge me and have somehow made one of the biggest experiences of my life feel like home.

Then I looked back out at our 31st standing ovation, yes, every single show, and completely lost it.

I’m not even sure there needs to be a profound point to this post.

I just felt incredibly grateful.

Thank you to every person in that room last night. The roar of that audience as I took my bow is something I’ll never forget.

For years, I imagined what it might feel like to finally stand somewhere I had dreamed of being.

BREAKING THE RULES…

Still taking this one in.

A massive thank you to the incredible @benwalker.official for trusting me to be his headline support and open his SOLD-OUT Glasgow show at the iconic @kingtutsofficial .

A hypnotist opening a concert… I think it’s safe to say we’re doing things a little differently.

Breaking the rules and bringing hypnosis into a completely different world is something I absolutely love, but to do it inside one of Glasgow’s most iconic venues, with so much history within those walls, made this one incredibly special.

And Glasgow… WHAT A CROWD.

The energy, the reaction and the atmosphere in that room were something I’ll never forget.

Ben, thank you from the bottom of my heart for having me, for believing in what I do and for trusting me to be part of such an important night for you. I’m genuinely so grateful to have shared that stage with you and to have played a small part in such a special evening.

King Tut’s is now a postcode I’ll never forget, but the people, the atmosphere and this incredible night have made the memory a postcard I’ll keep forever.

If 10 year old me could see me today, I don’t think he’d believe it.

If I could tell him one thing:

Smile and never give up. 🤍

It’s been the craziest year of my life. Television, the West End, international performances and opportunities I once wouldn’t have dared imagine.

People sometimes think television means everything suddenly changes. A big agent appears, the phone rings and your career takes off.

For me, it couldn’t have been further from the truth.

The very next day I was back working a 12 hour shift, seeing hypnotherapy clients, performing gigs I’d begged for and at 6am I was on LinkedIn networking with anyone who would listen.

I continued that for months after television, but in reality I’d been doing it for years.

19 hour days. 3 or 4 hours sleep. Work, clients, gigs, travelling, emails, rejection, then doing it all again.

There was no big agent or management team waiting. Just the same determination I’d carried for 10 years while hearing, “You’re talented, but what you do won’t work.”

For a kid with no self confidence, who felt different, left out and alone, I genuinely believe mindset changed my life.

Slowly, things changed.

Today I have an incredible manager, international opportunities, collaborations, travel and some amazing things ahead. And 2027 will bring the biggest and proudest announcement of my career so far.

I’ve sacrificed a lot, and so has my family. Mum and Dad, thank you for believing before there was any evidence this would work. And to my manager, thank you for believing in the vision.

My goal now is to break boundaries with hypnosis and take it places you’d never expect, embracing people, not embarrassing them.

So if you’re hearing no, sending the messages and wondering when your chance will come…

Keep going.

10 year old me, smile and never give up. 🤍

The way we think shapes the way we perform.

In business, we talk constantly about strategy, targets, productivity and results. But behind all of them is something far more human: behaviour.

Two people can have the same opportunity, resources and challenge, yet respond completely differently.

The difference often isn’t ability. It’s perception, confidence and what they believe is possible.

As a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Human Behaviour Specialist, I’ve spent years studying the relationship between thought, emotion and behaviour.

One thing has become very clear: knowing what to do and being able to do it are not always the same thing.

You can offer someone more money, an incentive or a promotion, but if they feel undervalued, lack confidence or believe they cannot succeed, the reward alone may not change their behaviour.

Great leadership isn’t simply about managing performance. It’s about understanding the person behind it.

That’s why my work with organisations is interactive. Using psychology, suggestion, imagination and live demonstrations, I allow people to experience how quickly our thoughts and expectations can influence our behaviour.

Sometimes improving performance isn’t about asking people to work harder.

It’s about changing the thinking behind the behaviour.

So perhaps the question isn’t:

“How do we get more from our people?”

It’s:

“What could our people achieve if they changed the way they think about what’s possible?”

This weekend was my first full weekend off in a few months.

On Saturday, I got to watch two beautiful people tie the knot. An incredible setting, amazing company and, most importantly, memories made with people I love.

It reminded me why I work as hard as I do.

I’ve never been motivated by money. What motivates me is disposable time.

The freedom to have more control over my diary. To be there for the moments that matter. To spend time with the people I love and create memories that will last far longer than any job, contract or pay cheque.

When you’re building something, it’s easy to convince yourself that taking time off means taking your foot off the gas.

I’m learning it can be the complete opposite.

A little time away has completely reignited my appetite. I feel more focused, more creative and more engaged with what I’m building.

For me, that’s the real goal of entrepreneurship. Not working every hour available, but building a life where you have the freedom to enjoy the moments that really matter.

Because you can always earn more money.

You can’t earn more time.

That’s what I love about bringing hypnosis and the power of imagination into live events.

It isn’t about performing at an audience. It’s about creating a moment with them.

I bring a personal element to every presentation, sharing parts of my own story while involving the whole room, so the audience doesn’t just watch the story they become part of it.

Whether it’s a 10-minute high-impact opener or a full headline experience, the aim is the same: create connection, energy and a moment people talk about long after the event.

I had the honour of performing at the Private Business Awards at the iconic @thesavoylondon in London.

But the most important person in these photographs isn’t me.

It’s the audience.

For a long time, I’ve visualised bringing hypnosis into the UK corporate market differently: modern, intelligent and inclusive, with a message and a story behind the entertainment.

Not something an audience simply watches.

Something they become part of.

And when your room is filled with high net worth individuals, business leaders and accountants, you could probably say you’re starting with a fairly discerning crowd. 😂

But boy, did they join in.

Hands in the air. Tables participating together. Colleagues laughing. A formal awards room becoming part of one shared experience.

The feedback afterwards summed it up perfectly:

“Fraser was excellent and added some real drama to the event, just what we wanted!”

That’s exactly what I want corporate hypnosis to be.

It isn’t about making the person on stage the attraction.

It’s about making the people in the room part of the story.

I saw this version of hypnosis in my imagination long before I ever stood in a ballroom like this.

Now it exists.

Milestone ticked. ✔️

And with Q4 ahead, perhaps the question for event organisers isn’t simply:

“What entertainment should we book?”

It’s:

“What will our guests still be talking about the next morning?”

Whether that’s a 10 to 20 minute interactive opener, a Mindset for Success keynote with a difference, or a full headline hypnosis experience, the format changes.

A week can change a lot. Your mindset can change even more.

Last week, I hadn’t connected with some of the people I’m speaking with today.

Fast forward to Tuesday, and conversations are happening, introductions are being made, and some genuinely exciting opportunities are beginning to take shape.

It’s a reminder I keep coming back to: people buy people.

We talk a lot about talent, experience, reach, production value and what looks impressive on paper. All of that matters. But outstanding performance, whether on a stage or in business, starts with connection.

The best events I’ve ever been part of haven’t simply put something impressive on a stage. They’ve made the people in the room feel like they were part of it.

That’s what I love about what I do.

Whether it’s a full hypnosis show, an interactive opener or a keynote, the aim isn’t simply to have an audience watch me.

It’s to make them feel something.

To laugh together. To participate. To forget about everything outside the room for a while. And hopefully to leave talking about an experience they genuinely shared.

Because long after people forget exactly what happened on stage, they remember how you made them feel
