Interlocked last week and my hair is already frizzy😃
I saw something that says more frizzing means your locs are gonna swell more, I wouldn’t mind that at alll, wouldn’t mind if it didn’t swell and become bigger and it’s just that my hair is frizzy. I love them anyhow and anyway they choose to stay.

Throwback Tuesday!!!
Looking back my hair has definitely grown a lot. I was the kind of person to not see growth. It was only after a year that I looked back and it was clear as day lol. The only issue now is scalp care. Seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp is no joke. If you have any tips for scalp care you can leave them in the comments. Thank you💕Hope y'all have a great day.

1 year 3 months, maybe 2 weeks lol. Was a senior in High school and was just tired . I big chopped in 2018. Funny and traumatizing story actually. I was getting prepared for school and I was frustrated with my hair, so I asked my mom to plait it in 2 cornrow down the sides, lol BAD IDEA. She asked for a scissors and just chopped off the perms. She then chopped hers a few days after. Later on in Highschool, I started twisting my hair really small and got compliments on it, that it looked like sister locs and that it suited my face. Did a bunch of research, because I was AND STILL AM afraid to do anything to my hair it's just prone to breaking and acting up!. ANYWAYS, Eventually, I got tired of waiting to get instant locs and twisted my hair myself. College started I wore it in 1 a lot, using bobby pins ofc lol. It was there I became more comfortable with my hair being down. Started wearing it like that often. Still is my go to but I'm not afraid to try a new style now.

Update: my locs have “fallen” it’s been 2 years and a few weeks now. I can’t say I LOVE my fallen locs cause I miss how big it usually is in the front. It’s flatttt. I saw @_napsarethenewblack call her hair the silk press of locs it made me think of my hair😂😂. I really can’t wait to see how my hair looks in 2 more years to come…. “Bone straight “. ALSO I need to learn how to style my hair. I always just wear it down. IT’S TOO HOT FOR THAT RN. Anyways that’s all guys. OH, I’ve been using the sulfur8 anti dandruff conditioner spray for my dermatitis. IT WORKS. No more washing my hair 3/4 times a week😂

I’m starting to really like the texture of my locs. It’s so beautiful to me💗.

My hair is kinda going through a dry season rn. So there isn’t really much to post. However, this page isn’t just to show the good but the bad. 2 years of having locs is coming up(5th of next month). Didn’t want to interlock so soon. It’s only been 2 months but I’ll interlock it so it’s “neat” for that day. HAPPY SABBATH TO ALL THE ADVENTIST❤️
