Rainier Classic Pro/Am 2026

The rest of the events from the competition.

Video 1) Event 2 - Truck Deadlift - unknown weight
Stepped on the gas pedal at the end. Result 18 reps - tie 1st.

Video 2) Event 4 - Trump Circus DB - 220lbs
4 attempts here. Only successful at one. The bell makes a big difference. Found it difficult to stabilize. Result 1st.

Video 3) Event 5 - Lucas’s Mystery Medley - 280 farmers, 330 front carry, 275 sandbag, boat anchor unknown + 90lbs
Right trap had a bit of a strain after the truck deadlift. Didn’t hold out on the farmers run as I would have liked. Result 4th.

PR’d on my worst event. The 50lbs bag was haunting me all prep. More work to do here but happy with the progress 👍

Rainier Classic Pro/Am 2026

Event 6 - Natural Stone to Shoulder - 280/300/340lbs

For me, it didn’t matter my positioning on the scoreboard going into the last event of the contest. I wanted to lift this heavy rock just to prove to myself I could.

Training with natural stones quickly became my favorite day of the week. Maybe a side quest for this in the future 🤔

Getting hands on legendary equipment like these IFSA blocks was awesome. Would have loved to attempt the 275 but my pace and timeframe didn’t allow. Next time 🤞

A lot goes into my recreational hobby of lifting heavy things for fun. I couldn’t do it without an incredible support system.

To my wife @darcieboniello, I love you. Thank you for always being there for me! 😘

@dawnzilla88 thank you for taking care of Emilia while we travel and capturing this moment for us!

To my friends and family for your support, yall believed in me, gave me advice, encouragement, and motivation to keep going! 💪

@theworldsstrongestraver we’ve been working together for a few months and now I’m a pro. It’s been more than programming weights, but improving to the characteristics of the athlete to keep me healthy and get stronger. Let’s keep this train rolling, we got more work to do! 🙌

Arnold Pro/Am 2026 - Final Result - 4th place

Big takeaway—Through adversity, you triumph.

So many things went not according to plan, miscommunication, roadblocks, diversions in different aspects leading up to and through this competition.

However with all these conditions, I had a level head, healthy body, amazing support system, and the mindset I needed to perform to the best of my ability regardless of what happened past or present tense.

Always a high level of competition in the u105 class, the bar keeps getting raised and everyone is stepping up.

Shoutout to @legendofmarc @gabe.deal @ddoggett56 @strongman.shane for reaching out late Saturday night when I thought I missed the mark to compete day 2. Y’all are lifesavers!

Thank you to all my wife, friends, and family for your continuous support! There’s way too many to list and that in itself is amazing and inspiring. I’m very thankful to you all! 🙏🏼

And for the @asfworldsstrongestfirefighter fam for letting me handout awards and hop in the livestream. I enjoyed hanging out backstage with all you guys and gals and meeting new faces. 👨🏻‍🚒🔥

Duck Walk into Power Stairs - 430/490lbs

Last event of the day going head to head with a BEAST of an athlete @the_alabama_hammer who stepped up into the u105 class and crushed! 💪

Arnold Pro/Am 2026 Finals - Event 2

Light/Heavy Option Axle Clean and Press - 285/325lbs

Opted for the light axle based off fatigue and soreness at the time. It moved so easy, but I was committed. Ended with 6 reps.
