1, lien dans la bio 📍Point de vente Paris: @legrandjeu - Instead of reposting the text printed on page 68 of Ephemera, where I pay tribute to one of John Carpenter’s best films — possibly one of the best fantasy films ever made, full stop — I might as well post the one that was originally meant to accompany the second photo, which didn’t make it into the madzine either. Now that’s what I call promotion in 2026. Photo 2: Here I am, showing off, proudly holding a book I bought at a bookstore. The cover features one of the bodily mutations from John Carpenter’s The Thing (1982). The problem is, the author analyses the film through the lens of phenomenology (triple word score), and by page seven, I couldn’t make head nor tail of what I was reading. Worse still, my arm started shaking and my nose started bleeding. I had to chuck the book into a corner and incinerate it with a flamethrower before my head started fusing with my houseplant. Just watch the movie and buy *Ephemera, Vol. 1*—that'll be enough. by @freakfleuj

⛜Points de vente @legrandjeu Paris 11 @metalunastoreparis Paris 5 ✉Commande en ligne Lien dans la bio đŸ“· photo by @clochette_lef đŸ•¶ïž Apendi 🇬🇧 Ephemera Vol.1 is a leap back in time, weaving together ’80s and ’90s pop culture references reimagined through my own lens—while keeping one foot firmly planted in the present and the other aimed at the future. Why bring up Catherine Tramell, the femme fatale from Basic Instinct, in 2026? What the hell is John Woo doing on a storefront awning in Paris? Is John Connor still up to the task of leading the resistance against the machines? What do a long-haired Japanese ghost and one of France’s first rappers have in common? You’ll also discover the artistic vision of a music producer working on the basement of the underground. Expect explicit paintings, flash code, famous characters
