Garuda Squad Bandung Jam.

Back with some wall posts. This was from the last time @anacathie and I painted overseas, before the whole world got locked down. Reminiscing the chill days in Bandung eating good food, meeting friends and painting. Tsukuyomi no Mikoto.

Another wall from 2020. This one is a personal favourite of ours and features another Moon Goddess with her pet stone dragon creature.

Golurk. Swipe till end for process video and other Pokémon in the series.

Someone suggested Golurk in my comments a little while ago, and I happen to love drawing bulky silhouettes so naturally I had to give it a go. Tweaked the proportions to be more in my style and went with a more peaceful, serene environment for this one.

Hope you all dig it :) As always, these illustrations are not for commercial use.

Back with another Fire-type; the wrestler Incineroar. You might have noticed that it’s a little easier for me to draw the humanoid-style Pokèmon, but I do hope I have the ability to get around to everyone’s other cool suggestions. I appreciate all of you following along this journey and perhaps I’ll eventually hit your favorite.

Drawing the first Grass-type in this series. I never played Gen 8, but I really dig Rillaboom’s design. Also, gorilla silhoeuttes are always fun to draw.

Honestly, the background takes me longer than drawing the actual Pokemon..

Finally got around to illustrating another Pokémon. Have to admit I’m not too familiar with Gen 9, but I really needed to scratch the itch to draw Ceruledge since the design is darn cool.

Apologies for the lack of posts. Productivity has dropped extremely low since @anacathie and I started playing Pokopia. It’s amazing how much time passes while you’re just trying to set up a storage system for your materials..

Hope we befriend Ceruledge soon!

Finally got time on my hands to work on the illusion fox, Zoroark. While the design has always been cool, I find myself appreciating it more as I drew it. This is also the first dark type in this series of Pokémon drawings. Enjoy!

Scizor. Swipe till end for more and process video.

I originally planned to do a set of 3 but I kept adding more Pokemon to my list. Scizor from Gen 2 has always been on that list but it turned out to be tougher than I expected. Simpler forms are sometimes the hardest to play with. Hope I still did it some justice here.

I know Scizor doesn’t fly. He just hovers here!

I tend to get burnt out doing a series back-to-back, so I really might take a break from Pokemon for a while and draw some other things to recharge creatively.

Drawing another Fire/Fighting type Pokemon that is easily one of my favourites. It definitely helps that his theme is already cool to begin with so it was a blast to work on.

Can’t help but think of my friend @antz_rscls while working on this piece. He draws dope monkeys and would probably do a killer job with this Pokemon. Would love to see it one day, boss!

Building up a neat little collection of illustrations so far. Wonder what I should draw next..

Hawlucha. Swipe till end for process video.

Last post of 2025! Honestly thought I was done drawing Pokemon, but then I recalled having Hawlucha on my squad and how much I loved that little fella. Lines and ideas flowed smoothly for this one.

I am lazy and hate learning anatomy, but working on these few Pokemon gave me a good reason to pay a little bit more attention to muscles. It’s a great way to trick myself into learning.
