16 long ass years. She lived in the city, at the beach, in Hawaii, the desert.... and she was beloved though it all. I was 30 when we met, and 46 when we said "see ya!". Catch you in the next life, Beegee 💔 by @freck_13

I remember exactly one year ago today, driving over the bay bridge to start my new job, listening to DHC and imagining seeing them in their hometown. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT HAPPENED!!!!! To be able to sing Good For Nothing with my bestest bestie, with my husband in tow- magnificent. I waited 21 years to see them again, and it did not disappoint. PLAY ONE MORE SHOW PLEASE 😩

Thinking about when I got to see @scissorsisters a few weeks ago. The crowd for Kesha didn't really understand what they were seeing, but it was an iykyk moment. They played my favorite deep cut, and I got my first Labubu "Raymonda"

🚨Beegee Appreciation Post: Road Trip Edition🚨

She's mostly blind now, but still kicking ass in every other way. We went on a 6 day road trip and had the best adventure a boy & his dog could have. She especially liked sleeping by the fire every night 🖤🖤

It's hard to fathom, because it feels like just yesterday I was discovering what would ultimately become one of the most important records in my life, by my most favorite band ever! It cemented my love and obsession with music. I was only 15!
I stole my first copy from Tower Records because I was broke.
I bought this for my little sisters first cd.
I'm still trying to learn the bass line for Sunday Morning.
I listen to this record when I feel like I need to connect to my youth, my past, and my inspiration. It's a big deal to me.
Happy 25th anniversary, Tragic Kingdom.
