Opening a supplies store was never about just about “selling products” I wanted to be able to help educate people with the products they use. Help people fully understand how they work and help them make the best choices for the clients they’re treating. I hand pick the products & brands we stock at Freckle and know them inside out. If you are having issues with a particular treatment, specific product or perhaps a problematic client, we can help! I have regular in-depth discussions with our customers to find out what problems they’re facing, troubleshoot with them to try and get to the bottom of the problem. I can then recommend products and solutions to help fix those problems. With nearly 16yrs in the industry and teaching for 11yrs, I’m not here to just “sell products”. I’m here to HELP you. EDUCATE you and build your own knowledge so you can provide the very best treatments for your clients.
