Video will be "half decent" (as usual), but at least it's not AI made 😉

The Töörö mkII housings from our new manufacturer look and feel totally awesome! Now the (tricky) paint job can begin! For the context, we unfortunately had to swap our CNC parts manufacturer mid-production due to a bad batch and then impossible delays in delivery... I feel slightly relieved now.

Hopefully good news regarding our current delays in Töörö mkII production and ... perhaps new prototypes too!

With @_twincitiesoxygen_, we are exploring the idea of rebooting the Synths4Shelter event. This is a 12h live, all over the planet, electronic music sream event to raise funds for the SPCA in Nova Scotia / New Scotland. It's a fantastic experience for musicians and listeners too. Slots are 30 minutes and music performed should be original.

On interest: drop us an e-mails at; shelter@fredslab.net

One of Fred's Lab forces and reasons why we can still offer affordable & quality gear is I still fuckin do the parts procurement myself!
It takes real effort, it's sometimes tedious & risky and it requires to plan productions often more than six months in advance. We are proud to work directly with the part manufacturers so we can ensure the quality of what gets mounted in our machines when we assemble them in Bonn / Germany.
