When I started hitting the gym in high school, I asked a dude at the gym how he got his chest so huge. I wanted mine to look like his. He gave me some tips and I listened. To this day, my chest is what gets complimented the most, and where most people eyes wander when they can't hold eye contact in conversation.

As I always say, and I sound like a F'ing broken record to myself when I do, actions speak louder than words.

Oh yea, because it's easy...
It's the easy thing to say as to why you're still overweight.
It's the easy thing to say as to why you have to keep seeing the doctor.
It's easier to TALK instead of actually DOing the work to get fit and healthy.

I showed my son my prison pics finally because he'snot too far off from the age when I went in. It was a convo I've been avoiding for far too long.
I wouldnt wish this on anyone, but I wouldn't be who I am today if I hadn't gone through this.

I'll be sharing more (it's all public records anyway 🤷‍♂️) but I want you all to know that I'm not just running my mouth on these apps to talk shit...
I know you can do better.
I know you can be better.
I know because I've seen myself and others become a better person, regardless of their past or current situation.

When you can find strength and purpose in a shit hole, you know you're meant to help others.
Health and fitness has, and always will be my way of making the world a better, happier place.
