If you’ve met Elmo you probably have a story to share - from eating all the Xmas chocolate and living to tell the tail, or having a seizure at my party and taking all the attention away from me x

I will be making my DJ radio debut tonight on GAYDIO at 11pm! The UK’s LGBTQ+ radio station is letting me play from 11-midnight, expect pop, electronic, house, disco and my weird faves 🎶

Tune in TONIGHT at 11pm by visiting gaydio.co.uk (my old DJ name Estée Louder was already taken so look out for FRHILL instead 😂)

I rarely update you lot on my life, so if you don’t want an update stop reading now!

I have just celebrated my one year anniversary at @DefectedRecords - I completed my journalism Masters and started as a Defected intern, now I’m a full time PR and Promotions Assistant!

On top of meeting talented colleagues and friends for life, my work has taken me to events I didn’t even know how to approach - GAY Times award ceremonies, make-up launches, film premieres, domestic and international festivals, warehouse raves, roller boogie palaces and the number one club night in the world Glitterbox at Hï Ibiza🕺

The gorj gals on my team (@lois_ellss) got me in touch with @djdavecooper from GAYDIO and with their help I’m so thrilled to play tonight at 11pm! Thanks to Jake and Jack for helping me earlier in the year too, it’s all helped this happen.

Along the way I think of my amazing family, friends, and teachers in Devon, Cardiff, and Utrecht for getting me here. This GAYDIO mix tonight is just one way of showing how far we’ve come! I hope you love it as much as I do and here’s to another amazing year ❤️ taken in London, United Kingdom by @freddierhill
