Went to a Japanese shrine and wished for good luck. Merely two hours later Japan suffered a massive earthquake. Hopefully the rest of 2024 will turn out better ⛩️🍀 taken in Hakuba, Nagano, Japan　白馬村 by @freddonski

Skiing in Japan one thing that shocked me was people just leaving their bags at the top of the gondola.

This just goes to show the amount of respect in Japan. by @freddonski

Welcome to an inside tour of the "Eve" gondola in Tsugaike Kogen!

Build in 1982 this was the first 6 man gondola to be constructed in Japan. However, even with it's old age this lift still has a few gimmicks you wouldn't see in a traditional European gondola. taken in つがいけ高原 Tsugaike Kogen by @freddonski
