LIVE in Linden New Jersey for another closing celebration with a previous client. Join me as I take you behind the scenes for another multi-family property closing, but this time in Union County. Congratulations to my clients for scoring this property, which includes 2 units, a basement, and with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in each unit.
.
I took advantage of the current market today and was able to negotiate an impeccable offer for them, including a $15K Sellers Concession to be used for point reductions, cosmetic renovations, and the home also appraised in a significant way, offering over $45K in immediate equity. Put some respect on my name! 🤌🏽😉
.
This is the 2nd multi-family home with this particular client and I'm grateful to them for their continued trust in me and my team, along with their trust in seeing the big picture.

Shout-out to my Pastor's @dhariusdaniels and @shamekaldaniels for putting together these two incredible events for us to celebrate on our 10-year wedding anniversary. What better way to celebrate marriage; than by re-investing back into the marriage with wisdom and jewels by some of the best in the relational space. Thank you again family... We out here just having some fun and blogging through the journey y'all.

And of course, we can't just rep NYC with only the Air Forces... It's only right that we hit'em with the custom made @yankees fitted with the same theme as the Air Forces (see previous post). Shout-out to my fam @munchies1913 for the cap inspiration (thank you). Fitted Cap design by my girl @lxrdvcustoms. How'd we do?

Custom Air Force Ones (10 Year Wedding Anniversary Edition) for the @thechangechurch Sneaker Ball Gala at @mercedesbenzstadium in the ATL. Shout-out to my fam @lxrdvcustoms for creating our sneaker vision and making it all come to life with perfection and excellence. We took the inspiration from our wedding colors and flowers, and gave it all an incredible twist. How'd we do?

To my beautiful wife Daurisa,

Happy 10th anniversary, my love!

Looking back over the last decade, I am filled with overwhelming gratitude for the life, the love, and the home that we have built together. From the moment that we made our vows ten years ago, walking by your side has been the greatest joy of my life. You are my constant light, my strength, and my absolute favorite person to share every single day with.

Through every season, triumph, and change, our love has only grown deeper and richer. We have shared so many incredible moments, overcome every test, and stepped boldly into every dream; and through it all, one truth stands out above everything else -- God gets all the glory for this journey!

His hand has guided our steps, protected our home and family, and has sustained our love every single day of these past ten years. It is His grace that brought us together, and His grace that continues to bind our hearts into one.

Baby, thank you for being my heart, my constant support, and my air. I would choose you all over again in a heartbeat. Here is to a decade of beautiful memories behind us, and a lifetime of love and blessings still to come.

With all my love, forever and always,

- Your Husband, Freddy

You can't say you love R&B if you weren't in the building last night for the concert of the decade from our modern day Michael Jackson and Prince. Take a walk with me as we are LIVE at the R&B (Raymond & Brown) Tour with @chrisbrownofficial and @usher, powered by @livenation.
.
We had an incredible time and this was definitely a breathtaking experience to take a trip back into the 90'a and early 2000's with two amazing artists. FRONT ROW FLOOR SEATS WITH A VIP EXPERIENCE FOR THE ENTIRE NIGHT IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO. YOU HAD TO BE THERE!
