What an amazing trip. Athens and Santorini were incredible. The food, the history, the people, the resort, all of it. Some of my favorite things we did.

Acropolis
Arkotiri
Eating all the baklava
Lounging at the pool
Freddo Espressos
Megalochiri

The list goes on and on. I can’t say enough good things about this vacation.

What an incredible trip Tokyo was. There was so much to see and do and we didn’t even scratch the surface. Tokyo might be my favorite trip we’ve ever taken and I’m already planning on going back.

Tonight’s dinner, mashed potatoes with chuck roast! Braised the chuck roast and then cooked it for four hours. While doing that made some amazing mashed potatoes with a rosemary infused heavy cream and a stick of butter and salt. Topped it all with some chives and sauce that the chuck roast cooked in. It was quite tasty!

(Side note, burned my arm while cooking this, hurts pretty badly. Well worth it though.)

@blushfulbelle @mamagigianne and I went to #amsterdam this past week and I absolutely loved the city. From the canals to the tulips to the crooked buildings everywhere, the city just had such a charm to it. It was awesome to explore and wander around and I can’t count how many stroopwafels I ate.

Highly recommend doing a canal tour, shout out to @flagshipbiketoursamsterdam for the wine and cheese boat tour which was such a cool way to see the city.

The @rijksmuseum is also another must do in my opinion. Some of the artwork in there is just truly spectacular, but also they had a cafe which was surprisingly very good. “Benares” though might be a new favorite painting for me, something about it just really spoke to me.

Not pictured in this reel though was my hair, which was amazing. Might need to move to Amsterdam just for the perfect curls I had all week lol.

Anybody else been and if so what are your thoughts?

Just some photos from London with great friends and my amazing wife. We had so much fun seeing some new sights and old ones. Also the beefeater tour at the Tower of London was hilarious.

Some of my favorite meals in London from our trip last week in no particular order. Added some new places to our favorites list in addition to revisiting some of our previous ones. Anybody have any places they recommend for our next trip?
