Demo Reel.
(No se preocupen por el acento que domino el neutro jajaja)

El demo reel es el video de presentación del actor.
Es lo que se muestra a los directores de casting, productores y directores para que tengan una idea de cómo actúa el talento.

Blue Valentine | Character Study: Dean Pereira

An exploration of “The Domestic Tragedy.” This study analyzes the raw, unpolished defense of a man whose only ambition is love. Dean represents the friction between societal expectations and personal fulfillment. This fragment captures the heartbreaking moment where he equates his simple life to “the dream,” while realizing it is no longer enough for the woman he loves.

The Project:
Screenplay by: Derek Cianfrance
Directed by: Derek Cianfrance
Reference Performance: Ryan Gosling

My Process:
I select a scene from a film I haven’t seen yet to build a character from scratch, free from outside influence. I give myself a 3-day window to prep and rehearse—simulating the high-pressure turnaround of a real-world audition—and then I shoot.

The “Why”:
In this industry, we aren’t always on set. I do this to keep my “acting muscles” sharp and my engine warm. I stay ready so I don’t have to get ready when the right opportunity hits.

No todo en la vida es risas, es más como un sube y baja de emociones pero eso es lo que la hace entretenida.
Mi filosofía de vida está en abrazar los momentos amargos y decir “ni modo, ya aprendí, life goes on and I know where I go”

Gracias @hustlelabx , por hacerme parte de momentos tan increíbles con gente tan chingona. Feeling blessed 🙏🏼
