Well, then The Frederick Center has a FUN FILLED weekend planned for you! The Frederick Center is participating in many events this weekend! Come and Join the FUN!

Saturday, July 18th we will be at the Annual Community Block Party organized by the Asbury United Methodist Church from 11am-4pm. This event is FREE and has food, vendors and tons of entertainment!

Kicking off Sunday, July 19th at The Frederick Center, we are hosting a Frederick Pride Flash Sale! Everything is on sale up to 60% off. One time only from 10am-1pm.

At 1:30 Drag Bingo: Beach, Please will start at Steinhardt Brewing Co. FABULOUS performances, CASH PRIZES, and a totally tubular time! International Drag Day is annually on July 16th! It is a day to celebrate and recognize the Art form that is Drag all around the world!

Founded in 2009 to highlight this form of artistic expression and the contributions it has made to LGBTQIA+ culture, history, and creativity. Thank you all of the fabulous Drag Queens, Drag Kings, and Mx. Royalty for what you do! Also, thank you for putting on so many fabulous performances at Frederick Pride no matter what the weather was doing!

🔥It's HOT! 🔥
(and we aren't talking about our Frederick Pride Flash Sale on Sunday)
Mother Nature is back for round two! With dangerously high temperatures we need to keep an eye out for our neighbors.

The City of Frederick's Department of Housing & Human Services is opening a Cooling Center Tuesday, July 14 through Friday, July 17, from 12:00–6:00 PM at 100 South Market Street to provide relief from the heat.

Visitors will have access to:
💧 Free water and refreshments
❄️ Air-conditioned space to cool down
🍽️ Dinner served from 4:30–6:00 PM

If you know of anyone vulnerable to the heat, please spread the word about this safe, air-conditioned place to cool down.
