It’s about that frequency that I reach after around 2 minutes in it, everything gets clear, there is no more noise, the mental busyness changes for stillness and I become simply present. Yes of course, everything it does physically recovering from intense training scedhule is fabulous, but for me, it’s more than that. My daily meeting with this beast is my favorite moment of the day and it’s how I set myself for the rest of it. I love my @nordicwaveplunge Viking cold plunge. by @fredgaud
