Happy Holidays from the Greenes - 2024 Edition🎄 by @fredlgreene

Over a year of hard work. And this one personally meant a lot for many reasons.

Today I’m proud to announce that this summer, my team at @flga_development and I in partnership with Lowe Enterprises and USAA Real Estate closed on the acquisition of the Howard East Towers parking lot and will be moving forward with an approximately $300 Million, 500,000 square foot redevelopment with approximately 500 units of housing and 30,000 SF of retail. The project will be transformative for the Shaw neighborhood and the Howard University experience for generations to come.

This project is a large personal accomplishment for me, but the thing that I am most proud of as it relates to it hasn’t hit the news just yet.

As part of this project, to help close the access to opportunity gap, we at @flga_development are working with our LP partners at USAA to launch a $20 Million Minority sidecar investment opportunity in this project exclusively for minority investors and capital allocators. My goal is to leverage this project to help create track record and story telling opportunities not just for myself - but for many other emerging minority investment managers.

A win not for one - but for many. It’s not enough to have a handful of us at the table anymore. I’m here to bring others along.

Oh - and the Howard Tailgate is safe and will have a new and improved experience 😉 #HU by @fredlgreene

MV 2026 - Friends Edition. Once again - a week on the Vineyard leaves me grateful for family-friends and all the magical experiences afforded our village of children.

Of note - it was specifically humbling seeing my wife @ashnicolewilliams stand in such a dope light with the formal launch of her venture @thelumaire. I can’t explain how grateful I am for all of the great minds who came out to support her. I watched that woman spend virtually every night staying up till 2-4 am for the past few months managing client work for her company @blairstonestrategies while also making sure this launch for @thelumaire would go off without a hitch, bringing some of the best minds in the world together for intentional connection and conversation. I’m grateful to @meta for being such a great partner in the process. It’s no small feat and once again you inspire me. Quinn truly has quite the role model to grow up looking up to. For that - I’m thankful. Truly outstanding.

Until next time MV ✌🏾 by @fredlgreene

Everyone help me wish my better half @ashnicolewilliams a big happy birthday! What a difference a year makes. Extremely proud of your grind over these last 12 months. May the next 12 months yield even more new abundance as your visions continue to manifest into your reality. Happy Birthday 🎈🎂 by @fredlgreene
