GBB26 Studio Competition | Now Open

A new format focused purely on sound.

The GBB26 Studio Competition is built around what matters most:
sound, musicality, technique, and structure.

No visuals.
No crowd reaction.
No bias.

Just beatbox.

Announcement by @fredybeats

Format

• Blind judging (audio only)
• Anonymous performances
• Strict recording integrity
• Private wildcard submissions
• Studio-focused evaluation

This format is ideal for artists who focus on precision, detail, and sound design, or prefer not to perform on a large stage.

gbb@swissbeatbox.com

Required:

• Video file (full performance, recorded in real time)
• Separate audio-only file of the same performance

Judging is based on audio only.
Both files are mandatory.
Submissions missing either file will not be considered.

Do not upload your wildcard publicly. Public uploads may lead to disqualification.

Wildcard Length

60–75 seconds
Entries outside this range may be penalised.
