WE FINALLY HAVE AN OPENING DATE!!! 🥹

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 16TH.

After over seven months of building, renovating, planning and taking the leap… we’re finally doing it!

We honestly can’t put into words how excited (and nervous) we are.

THANK YOU to every single person who has supported us, believed in us and followed along on this journey. It means more than you’ll ever know.

We can’t wait to fill this space with movement, laughter, familiar faces and lots of new ones too.

A full timetable is coming VERY soon, with some exciting soft launch plans in the lead-up!

Make sure you’re on our waitlist through the link in our bio for early booking access.

This is just the beginning.

Love,
Saoirse & Finn x by @freedomflow.studio

Who knew a paint colour could cause this much stress 🫠

When you’re pouring your life savings, time and heart into something, even the smallest decisions start to feel HUGE.

We’re actually so much further along than this video shows, but we promised we’d share it all with you. The highs, the lows and the moments where we genuinely wonder what we’ve gotten ourselves into.

We’re so close now, and we can’t wait to share our opening date with you all. Closer than you think 👀

For now, enjoy us having a minor meltdown over our walls. by @freedomflow.studio

7 months. What a journey it’s been. 🥹🤍

Sometimes it’s hard to see just how far you’ve come when you’re so caught up in everything that’s happening around you.

Feeling very grateful, a little emotional and incredibly excited for what’s to come.

Not long now. Our little dream is becoming a reality. 🤍 by @freedomflow.studio

A few days away learning, moving and being reminded why I love Pilates so much.

Pilates was created by a man, yet there’s still such a stigma around men doing it. I’d love to see that change. There’s so much we’re missing out on.

A huge thank you to @sandrinespilates and @pilateswithbrendan for their kindness, generosity and for sharing so much of their knowledge and wisdom with us. You’re both such an inspiration, and I’m very grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from you.

Lots to take home, lots more to learn and even more excited for what’s ahead at @freedomflow.studio 🤍 by @freedomflow.studio

We are SO close 🥹

Trying to remember in amongst the chaos just how lucky we are to be stressed about building our own studio.

What a privilege. What a ride. And we’re not even open yet 🤍 by @freedomflow.studio

It’s starting to feel very, very real 🥹

Opening date incoming…

We cannot WAIT to welcome you through these doors 🤍

For now, we’re going to keep sharing all the behind the scenes because we know you love seeing every stage of the build.

We’ve been documenting EVERYTHING, so lots of progress videos and studio spam incoming x by @freedomflow.studio

STUDIO SERIES PART 8 🤍

We are little behind on these updates, but we’re bringing you along for all of it!!

The highs, the lows, the decisions, the meltdowns, the creative differences and apparently a complete inability to dress appropriately for a building site 😂

It’s definitely been a stressful few weeks trying to pull everything together, but we’re learning so much as we go and, most importantly, we’re doing it together.

Things are moving QUICKLY now and it’s all starting to feel very real.

Opening date coming very, very soon 👀

Freedom Flow Studio, we’re getting close 🤍 by @freedomflow.studio

So far we’re still together anyways 😅 by @freedomflow.studio

Studio Series Part 7 🤍

Okayyyy it’s really starting to look like a studio now!!!

The whole place has been plastered and seeing the before & afters side by side is making us realise just how far we’ve actually come. And how grateful we are to everyone who has helped us get to this stage. It really does take a village 🥹

Now onto some BIG decisions… starting with the floors…

Vote below for A or B 👇 And if you’re team neither, tell us what you’d go for in the comments!!

We’re getting closer 🤍 by @freedomflow.studio

Studio Series Part 6 🤍

It’s starting to feel very real in here!!

So much has been happening behind the scenes over the last few weeks and we’re finally at the stage where we can really start to see the studio taking shape.

We’re keeping some of the original character, adding plenty of our own, and making the most of that very special view over Killala Bay.

Still lots to do, but the next few weeks are going to be BIG.

And hopefully… an opening date coming very, very soon 👀

Freedom Flow Studio, Enniscrone. Coming soon. by @freedomflow.studio

Studio Series, Part 5 🤍

There’s a lot happening behind the scenes right now.

Walls are going up, the roof is being insulated and we’re currently spending far too much time thinking about every little detail.

But the biggest thing on our minds isn’t really the floors, finishes or what goes where. It’s how we want this place to feel.

Freedom Flow has never just been about Pilates or a class on a timetable. It’s the chats before and after class, the people you meet along the way and having a space where you can show up, move and feel like you belong.

That’s the feeling we want to bring into the studio.

There are still lots of decisions to make and we want you to be part of them too. We’ll be asking for your thoughts along the way because ultimately, we’re building this space for you.

It’s all starting to feel very real 🤍 by @freedomflow.studio
