🏅Medal Monday post that no one asked for🙋🏻‍♀️

So humbled by this beast of a race and so proud of these Greek beasts.
I might not have had the legs, but I had the lungs and the heart.
I was not looking in FRONT of me, I was looking AROUND me.
I run ON the streets not BY the streets.
It broke me and my EGO but couldn’t care less since I had all my people supporting and cheering for me in every single step.
This was not A personal best but it was MY personal best.
This race changed me #iamauthentic now.

The one, the athentic ,in my home will be my story of perseverance.
The story were we showed up when everything was screaming no, where we push way past our limits and still not giving up. A story of questioning and disbelief in ourselves but a huge belief in the ones who believe
This race is as long as my life and the goal for this year is nothing other than enjoy every km as every year of my life. Plenty of time to think how grateful I am to all of my people and also to this tormented body that doesn’t take no for an answer …
Tomorrow is a celebration of the hard lessons we learned and all the hard work but most importantly of feeling loved and supported 🙏🏼 let’s bring this one home #iamauthentic taken in Athens, Greece by @freedomzed
