It’s been getting busier and busier at our cosy little hub here at Exchange Quay. Thank you for all of your beautiful comments and uplifting feedback. We are so blessed to meet you.

Our next Food pantry and care package drop will be in Seven days; It will feature useful items for the home, personal hygiene kits and the always popular KFC Chicken bags!!! - you cleared us out last week. It was ace. We can’t wait to hear all about the delicious meals you made with them.

After collecting your care package we invite you to pause, CREATE AND CHILL // in our welcoming little hub.

Unwind and get creative at our ‘Mindful pebble-painting workshop’. In this slow-paced creative session, we will share with you the basics of mindful painting techniques, soothing colour blending, and easy pattern design.

No previous experience is necessary so please feel welcome. Sessions run between 18:00 - 19:30 on Wednesdays. We look forward to welcoming you.

Emergency Care packages // Request your emergency care packages online (see link in bio) or collect one directly from us at The HUB on Wednesdays between 17:30 - 20:00.

Community Food Pantry // The new pantry time table, including hot food, to be announced shortly.

HOW TO FIND US:

We are…
One min walk from Exchange Quay tram stop
Five mins walk from Pomona tram stop
Eight mins walk from Salford Quays stop

Look for the giant orange arrows and follow the route down to the vibrant black and yellow building, which is Boat Shed.

We have excellent FREE parking onsite for 30min. Fantastic public transport links, cycle parking, and step free access.

CARE PACKAGES // are being packed on the spot this week. These beautiful new shoes were the icing on top of an already awesome care package today. They went off to a new home, ready to pair with outfits for job interviews and evenings out with friends.

We’re open tomorrow (Thursday) 2pm - 6pm.

In store you can…

- Collect your pre-requested care package
- Request and receive a care package on the spot
- Browse and shop our many items in store
- Visit and shop at the Pantry

It’s finally that time. WE ARE MOVING! // The wonderful team at Quayside shopping centre are gearing up for an epic season of redevelopment, The first floor of the shopping centre, where our shop is, is being transformed and relaunched in 2028. This is exciting but also means that all of the businesses on the first floor, plus a handful of businesses downstairs will be moving out.

We are open until 26th May //

Our NEW volunteer booking calendar is now live and available on the website. Here you can search for available volunteering days and request a shift. Read more about it on the website or follow the link in our highlights and story. We look forward to working with you soon.

Care Packages: We have received a record number of care package requests. We can’t wait to connect you with yours. Once your care package has been created you will receive a notification to come and collect it so keep a look out in your inbox and text messages.
