Rainmaker v6 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Can’t believe this rig was sleeping next to angle of attack this whole time. the new @ntx_ok_bouldering_guidebook (THANK U SO MUCH) lists Angle as a two star v6 and this a four star. while i once might’ve believed otherwise, i think after doing both climbs i might agree. Angle is still a classic but Rainmaker deserves more love! by @freesolowen

Went into this trip with a pinched nerve that felt like it cut my mobility in half. While this led me to lower my expectations, it ultimately led me to gain more confidence in my outdoor climbing cuz all of these climbs went in 2 attempts! Might not be pushing a new PR but it feels good to at least build my pyramid and grow closer to mastering the v5 range. by @freesolowen

Rocket League v3

i had sent this earlier and wanted to get it on video, and boy am i glad we did. after trusting a foot hold that had been used at least 4 times that day, it pulled a centex on me and broke. i landed half a foot off the mats and somehow managed to be fine, as i say in the video lmao. i was shaken by the fall but i felt like it was important for me to get back up there- after all, why should i be scared of a climb that i had already done before? sure, it changed, but all that meant was that my method also had to change (barely at all tbh). i feel like this mentality is something i wouldn’t have picked up on a year ago and im proud of myself for finding some control over my fear.

also my editing app allows me to extract audio from other videos so i hope y’all enjoy a little track that the band and i have been working on 🤓 by @freesolowen
