Les pierres de cette ville savent ce qu’elle a fait. Et Paris se tient debout, dans la gloire de tous ses héritages et de ses cicatrices. Et moi, fille de La Louisiane, je marche fièrement, telle une ligne vivante entre la République et sa descendance presque oubliée. O to be a butterfly born on the 4th of July.. - - - Humbled and grateful to have been fortunate enough to reach it to this moment . As life progresses I am reminded to extend gratitude to the most high for being spared another full rotation around the sun , complete revolution back to self, un autre jour dessous soleil.. 🌕 ••• I dedicate this moment to Egun, mes ancêtres, mes racines. Heritage may not be all of who you are but without it you would not be able to arrive at who you are… I dedicate this moment to the many souls who came before me. Their blood watering the soil from which I was conceived. antes del recreo - perspective ———————————— wanna know what we did at school today ? there was a homegoing ceremony of epic proportions! we were visited by an architect of ebullition, in the middle of Lilo y Stitch the fire flowers went haywire shortly after Ms. Garcia fluttered in front of the fireworks, then proceeded to ludicrously glide back down.. all before arrival to the playground… thé orchestrator continued spewing forth illuminations, lead fragments lodged themselves in adolescent flesh, organ juice slowly encroached towards our dugout all before arrival to the playground… after the first we received a second round of awards, this time the criteria did not require us to be on the honor roll.. for everyone was adorned with wings and crowned a halo.. all before arrival to the playground…. I cheated playing the quiet game..
