In Paris, the most luxurious places are rarely the ones everyone talks about.

Tucked just behind the Champs-Élysées, @hotelbalzacparis is one of those rare boutique hotels in Paris that embodies what luxury truly means today: discreet luxury, quiet elegance, and a deep sense of place.

Reopened just a year and a half ago, the hotel was redesigned by @festenarchitecture, with 58 rooms and suites spread across six floors, each one built around texture, softness, and that unmistakable feeling of Parisian refinement.

I fasted 10 days at @buchingerwilhelmi — the pioneer clinic of fasting.

I went from Paris restaurants to two soups and a yogurt a day, fully monitored by world-class functional doctors tracking every biomarker.

I love a romantic date night restaurant. This one is on the top of my list. Find the location below.🤍

One of the best meals I’ve had in this year so far.

The space is effortlessly romantic, candlelight, dark wood, intimate atmosphere, but the food is what really stayed with me.

The ribeye tonnato was all contrast: rich, creamy, grilled and fresh at once. And the Basque cheesecake with dulce de leche and sobacha was just as good: creamy, and crunchy.

A very good reason to add this address to your NYC restaurant list for a date night.

One of my favorite French restaurants in New York, and one of the few places that feels truly timeless.

Brasserie Fouquet’s in Tribeca brings the classics I crave when I miss Paris: escargots, soupe à l’oignon, sole, filet de bœuf sauce au poivre, alongside a few unexpected touches like the passion fruit crème brûlée, which worked beautifully.

The wine list is extensive, the crowd elegant, and the room has that increasingly rare quality of making you want to stay long after dinner is finished.

In a city constantly chasing what’s new, Fouquet’s doesn’t feel trendy. It feels established.

And that has value.

@comalnyc is a Lower East Side restaurant I’d return to on my next trip to New York.

Inspired by Mexico City and guided by seasonal produce from the Northeast, its cooking is full of character. What stayed with me was the balance: bold flavors that surprised me, yet always felt considered.

The room has its own point of view, with art that changes over time. By the end of dinner, I was already thinking about who I’d bring back.

If you’re deciding where to eat in NYC, save Comal for a memorable dinner.

A great date night in New York should give you something to talk about, but never so much that you forget who you came with.

Then again, some NYC restaurants make that rather difficult.

At Yakiniku Great, dinner unfolds around rare cuts of Japanese wagyu grilled in front of you, unexpected pairings, and just enough theatre to make the evening feel like an occasion.

The uni chateaubriand was where I momentarily lost the plot.

For me, the best New York date nights aren’t necessarily the loudest, newest or most impossible reservations. They’re the places where the food, atmosphere and company somehow heighten one another, and by the end of dinner, you already know you’ll remember the night.

If you’re looking for a memorable date night in NYC, a wagyu experience in New York, or simply a Japanese restaurant that feels genuinely special, save this one.
