So proud to be given the opportunity to coach these boys. From beginning of the event till the final touch completely locked in and dominant.

Athlete Spotlight #3: Alex Fray

Sometimes the biggest change isn’t physical, it’s mental.

After finishing 22nd in Division I Men’s Épée, Alex Fray admitted he was spending too much energy thinking about his opponents instead of focusing on his own fencing.

Going into Division IA Men’s Épée, he made one important adjustment. He trusted his training, stayed focused on what he could control, and fenced his own game.

The result? 🥇 Division IA Men’s Épée Champion.

This is exactly what I’ve been talking about throughout my mindset series. Competition isn’t the time to question yourself. It’s the time to trust the work you’ve already put in.

Trust your preparation. Trust your training. Trust yourself.

Congratulations, Alex, on an incredible performance, and thank you for sharing such an important lesson with all of us.
