Athlete Spotlight #3: Alex Fray
Sometimes the biggest change isn’t physical, it’s mental.
After finishing 22nd in Division I Men’s Épée, Alex Fray admitted he was spending too much energy thinking about his opponents instead of focusing on his own fencing.
Going into Division IA Men’s Épée, he made one important adjustment. He trusted his training, stayed focused on what he could control, and fenced his own game.
The result? 🥇 Division IA Men’s Épée Champion.
