This year was the first time I went to a salon to get my hair done. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a barbershop lol. @frequencece (aka the most beautiful woman in the world) got me right! If you’re in Greensboro SC, check them out! But only if you tip right. And don’t go in there acting crazy 👊🏽@frequencysalon #salon #blackownedbusinesses #womanownedbusiness #naturalhair #braids by @frequencece

Love going to see my girl @frequencece at her and her business partner’s salon, @frequencysalon ! Cece’s infectious energy makes you feel so at peace and relaxed, always! Her head massages while shampooing and conditioning are the absolute best!! I get a little shut eye break every time 😩😂 She is my go to girl for my curly cuts! Every now and then we pop out with a blowout, as you can see. She does it all. 💁🏽‍♀️🫶🏽

Loved all of the amazing products that were used from @trybehaircare ! 😀

Go check my girl. Tell her I sent you..You won’t be disappointed. Thank Ce for your healing hands ❤️

My dearest Juju, to condense a large sum of words that I feel in my heart; I just want to say im so freakin proud of YOU! You are growing into an exemplary young GOD. You are resilient, kind, brilliant, and a shining star athlete. You have proven to your family, community, and most of all yourself that you are a leader ( #ruler ) and capable of being your best self even when it’s hard. Like the song says… “Remember Who You Are”. I wish you the very best in middle school. Mendenhall ain’t ready!! 🥳 but We Are! I love you my Taurean prince 🤴🏾 by @frequencece

What’s up family, friends, and community?! It’s been a long minute since I’ve felt motivated to post. Not because I don’t care, or am hiding from being seen. I learned to be ok with that when I was @sheisenough33, y’all remember her?! 😜
I’ve been focused on BEcoming this new version of me. My future self said, “it’s time to get to work, girl!” And that’s what I’ve been doing while still nurturing the past and present parts of me that still need to be acknowledged. I’m so grateful to be in celebration of a solid and successful 2 years in business. Frēquency is our Baby! And it’s taking on a whole life of its own. You can feel the heartbeat as soon as you walk in. It’s been a true dream come true to open the doors and welcome in anyone who is in need of the magic our space has to offer. This is just the beginning too! I am super excited to be adding to the offerings in the near future. We also have some big collaborations on the horizon. 2023 is definitely feeling like it’s time to thrive!! I truly appreciate everyone who checks in on me and cheers me on in life. Living this human experience ain’t always easy, but I’m learning We Need Each other to get through it. If you aren’t already following us @frequencysalon , do that!! We will be revitalizing our page with the intention to elevate the vibration and do our part to spread the love. Tune into the Frēquency ✨ I love y’all! by @frequencece
