💜✨ 7 DAYS OF FAITH | SUNDAY 🌸 Rest & Gratitude Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is BE STILL and trust GOD. 🙏🏽 Rest is not giving up. It’s allowing yourself to recharge, reflect, and appreciate how far GOD has brought you. 📖 Psalm 46:10 “Be still, and know that I am God.” ✨ Today’s Affirmation: “I am grateful for my journey. I rest knowing GOD is working even when I am still.” 🌸 Faith Action: Give GOD 7 minutes of quiet prayer. Reflect on your week and thank Him for THREE blessings. 💕 💜 Give GOD 7 Days! Rest. Reflect. Give Thanks. Trust the Process. First, I want to share that when I was younger, I weighed around 230 pounds. My favorite food was sugar cookies, and my favorite restaurant was McDonald’s. Back in middle school, I misunderstood what dieting meant. I thought being on a diet meant skipping school lunch and waiting until I got home to eat. Over time, that mindset became a habit, and I carried it with me as I grew older. When I got to college, my lifestyle began to change. I started drinking and smoking, barely ate, and was more focused on partying, dancing, and enjoying life. Every now and then, I would find time to work out. I lost a significant amount of weight, dropping down to around 130 pounds. I became so thin that you could see my bones and spine sticking out of my back. Toward the end of last year, I began gaining weight again, and today I weigh around 196 pounds. Depression played a role in my weight gain and how I viewed myself. Am I completely happy with my weight right now? No, I’m not. But I’ve also learned that weight does not determine beauty, worth, or self-love. Every body deserves kindness and appreciation throughout every stage of life. That’s why I’m excited for Lazy7Fit Flow For 21- Day Challenge. Today was day one and we worked on Pilates. We also communicated on things to do while things are not going so great and how to improve situations and life choices. I thank my mentor @oasis_nicole for the opportunity to get feedback and support on what to say and do! ❤️ My current goal is to work on tightening and strengthening my stomach as a beginner while building healthier habits along the way. I’ve never really felt comfortable sharing my body on social media, but I want to challenge myself to step outside of my comfort zone. This is not about chasing perfection or comparing myself to anyone else. It’s about becoming healthier, feeling more confident, and learning to appreciate myself through the process. ❤️ #lazy7fitflow #workout #pilates #health #selfcare by @frequency7ven
