Big thanks to Mat Emond from SRAM for spending a day with our team. 🙌 We went deep on the ins and outs of all things SRAM from servicing, setup… and confirmed that SRAM really does make a part for everything. 🥐

Have questions about SRAM? Bring your bike in or give us a call. You’re in well-trained hands. Mostly. 😂

🍬 The Candy Burner is back! 🍬

Halloween’s over, the candy bowl is suspiciously empty, and your legs know exactly where it went. Time to burn it off for a good cause.

What’s the Ride?
Join us Sunday, November 1 for our yearly fundraiser ride in collaboration with the @carleton_place_slow_spokes, @freshairexp, @joemammacycles & @olwayperformance supporting the @lanarkcountyfoodbank. We’ll start at @joemammacycles in Carleton Place, roll out at 10:00 AM sharp, and finish at @stalwartbrewing, where the only thing we’ll be stalling is the trip home.

We ask that you bring a non-perishable food item. It’s the best trick you’ll pull this season, and the food bank gets the treat.

After the ride: a potluck and prizes, with all proceeds going to the Lanark County Food Bank. Come hungry, leave full, and help others do the same. 🍻

Prizes:
Win a $500 gift certificate courtesy of @freshairexp towards a new kit from @castellicanada! Tag two friends in the comments for an extra chance to win!

Routes:
Pick your sugar rush:
• 55 km for a fun-size outing
• 82 km for the king-size effort
Both routes are gravel. Visit Strava for the full route details!
📍10:00am rollout from Joe Mamma Cycles

Feed station provided by Fresh Air Experience with the best nutrition from Olway!

Ride-ready checklist:
• Gravel tires recommended (38c or larger). Skinny tires on this course will make you a sucker.
• Dress for the weather. It’s November in Lanark County, so layering up will be key.
• Bring a change of clothes so you can hang out comfortably afterward.
• Water, repair kit, helmet, lights, ID, cash for tickets and prizes.

Waiver form:
All participants must sign the waiver form: https://app.waiversign.com/e/5f2806830284ac0018853853/doc/5f283b0c37a58d001987aa8a?event=none

Looking forward to seeing you @carletonplacetourism & @lanarkcountytourism 🥳

See you on the gravel. Let’s make this one a sweet ride. 🚴‍♀️🍫 taken in Carleton Place, Ontario by @freshairexp

It’s not everyday our local legends head off to the World Gravel Championships 🌈 and our very own @theokincaid & @laetitiabld_ from @passionproject.cc are doing exactly that! Pretty incredible stuff!! With expenses pretty wild to get to Australia, they have a GoFundMe set up to help get them to the other side of the planet. Every dollar helps and we can’t wait to see them representing @cyclingcanadaofficial out there. Visit their link in bio to donate today! 🚀🔥🏁❤️ taken in Fresh Air Experience Ottawa by @freshairexp

Bromont with @specialized_ca 🇨🇦 Demoed the fastest bike on the planet (SL9 🔥), then got to hang with two of the world’s fastest riders, @kateplusfate and @remco.ev. An unreal day!

The only thing we talked about on the drive home was which version we’re ordering for ourselves 🫣

Thank you to everyone who came out for our first Liv x Fresh Air Experience Loop! 🚴‍♀️🍂

We had a fantastic turnout and a beautiful ride through Gatineau Park. Then we finished with treats and coffee at Bread By Us☕🥐

Seeing so many people show up, ride together, and enjoy the day made it all worth it. This was the first of many, so stay tuned for the next one! taken in Fresh Air Experience Ottawa by @freshairexp
