I’m biased, but Roswell really is one of the best places in North Atlanta to raise a family.

You’ve got:

🌳 incredible parks
🚲 trails + Greenway access
🌊 the Chattahoochee
🎭 low-cost kids’ shows at the Cultural Arts Center
🤸 amazing city rec programs
🍦 Canton Street for food, treats + wandering
🏞️ Vickery Creek when you want something that doesn’t feel suburban at all

It’s one of those places where there’s always something easy to do with kids — without having to make a whole production out of it. Tons of it is golf cart friendly/accessible.

And yes, as a local real estate guy, this is exactly the kind of stuff I love showing people about Roswell. The houses matter… but the lifestyle matters just as much.

I know everyone here was waiting with bated breath for my sign redesign … here it is!

Real estate for sale signs are generally useless. They provide no value other than the fact they’re a giant billboard for the agent and brokerage.

So I thought to myself - what if I thought a bit outside the box?

Who sees/reads these things the most? Neighbors. The people who drive by the stupid thing every day, until one day, it’s gone with moving trucks in its place.

So, my new real estate signs for Freud & Berg Real Estate Advisors talk to neighbors - not buyers.

The QR code links to a unique landing page created for each listing, built around the idea that neighbors might want to take part in the home sale. Maybe their friend could move in? Maybe a family member?

After all, neighborhoods are for neighbors.

Full-price in 27 days — in a slow market. 🙌

This one wasn’t about underpricing the home and hoping for a bidding war. It was about pricing it correctly from day one, preparing it thoughtfully and making every showing count.

Before we listed, we:

Summer is nearly over, but I've got my eldest out of school for a week and was writing a list of things to do when I realized, this would be great content for the gram!
