Day 1 in Moorea 🌸 Safe to say we fell in love 🥹 by @freyaandtianee

What a weekend that was, we attended a 3 day business event in Malaga and I don’t even think I have the words to describe it 🥹

You might picture a business event to be sat down all day, falling asleep, writing notes and wishing you were somewhere else but this couldn’t be far from that in any way!

The room was electric, the energy, the passion, the music, the people, just everything! 🌊🔥Every time we go to events we are surrounded by incredible people but all of them were just “normal people” in normal jobs but craving so much more for their life!

The message on the picture is from one of our closest friends who we went to uni with to study physio, we shared uni halls, uni house and are very very good friends so when she sent that message it meant so much because she has watched us change over the last 2 years into people who we can hardly recognise compared to those doing our uni degree! It made us think that you get to be in control of your happiness, you get to choose to act and show up differently! One message really does make you reflect on your life and what you have created

What we have learnt is that it’s so important to not put people on a pedestal and think that where they are in their life is not realistic to achieve for us too, most people in that room had no or minimal business experience but it just shows those willing to learn new skills will ☺️

We are completely different people to the people on stage last year and one of the biggest differences is stepping outside of our comfort zone, we are strong believers that a life outside of societies norms only happens when you move through fear and into a personal development journey and that’s exactly what we did! 🌍 by @freyaandtianee

What if you keep waiting and waiting and waiting…

And you never get to say yes 😭

We couldn’t bear the thought of not being able to see this beautiful world if we kept using time or fear as an excuse!

Those things on your bucket list… how do you think they are going to happen without changing your current situation? 🤯

So this is your sign, to get out your own way because gosh it’s incredibly beautiful on the other side of doubt! 😍 by @freyaandtianee

You don’t have to know what you’re doing, you don’t have to have experience, you just have to be seen trying, seen learning new skills and seen being a beginner again!

If this sounds like you, maybe your ready to move a little differently, maybe your ready to get uncomfortable to create the life you actually desire 🔥

Feeling like it’s not possible for you is such a normal feeling but it’s about flipping our mindset and looking at the evidence of what we have already achieved in life… by @freyaandtianee

Instead of saying “that’s expensive” we say to each other “that’s expansive” because if we are spending money on something that helps us learn, grow, develop ourselves, build confidence and gives us value whether that’s in life or business then to us there is never a negative…

This isn’t about spending excessively but realising that the version of you who has everything you desire and more, stepped into a version of themselves before it made sense and this is reflected in what you spend money on too! 🔥

Surely the chances of this are 0.0001% right? 😭 by @freyaandtianee

We learnt to ask better questions and when we did that, things shifted, we went from burnt out NHS physios to working from French Polynesia…

All it takes is a mindset shift…(paired with a business model that works)
You can create everything your heart desires
You are more capable than you think
Your goals are not too big
You can be authentically you
You belong in rooms that inspire you 🔥
