Want to travel beyond London? This one Tube stop can begin a journey across the UK or even into Europe, like Paris 🤩🚇🚆

King’s Cross St Pancras is one of London’s biggest transport hubs, but many visitors don’t realise that:
📍 King’s Cross St Pancras is the Underground station
🚆 King’s Cross and St Pancras International are two separate railway stations
🚶 They’re located directly across the road from each other
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 King’s Cross connects London with destinations including York, Newcastle and Edinburgh (this time, mine was Edinburgh)
🌍 St Pancras serves domestic trains and international Eurostar journeys to France, Belgium and the Netherlands

Extra tip: Buy a return ticket to save more, and book online well in advance before the best deals sell out and only the expensive options remain. Just make sure your travel plans are fixed before booking!

If you’re ever travelling around Europe, Edinburgh is a city you shouldn’t miss! especially if you’re coming from London. It’s beautiful, with amazing food, atmosphere and so much to experience (including the train ride, with spectacular views along the way). Sit on the right going to Edinburgh and the left returning to London for the best scenery. 🚆🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

London travel secrets no one tells you 🇬🇧✈️ (save this before your trip!!)

🚇 1. Don’t overpay for transport
Skip single tickets, use contactless or Oyster and tap in/out. Fares are automatically capped daily. Use the same card/device to tap in and out.

🚌 2. Take the bus sometimes
Slower, but way more scenic. Bonus: Double-decker front seat = free sightseeing 🥹

💸 3. London doesn’t have to be expensive
So many iconic places are FREE: British Museum, Natural History Museum, V&A, National Gallery, Tate Modern + plenty of parks and markets.

🏙️ 4. Free viewpoints (book ahead if needed)
Horizon 22, Sky Garden, The Garden at 120.

🚶‍♀️ 5. Don’t underestimate walking
Some Tube stations look far apart but are actually close. Walking is often easier, and you might find pretty streets along the way.

📍 6. Group places by area
London is HUGE. Plan nearby spots together instead of crossing the city all day. For example:
Big Ben → Westminster → St James’s Park → Buckingham Palace
or
Sky Garden → Leadenhall Market → Tower of London → Tower Bridge

🌦️ 7. Don’t trust the weather
Sun ≠ guaranteed sun. Always carry a light waterproof or umbrella.

🌇 8. Time viewpoints for sunset
Golden hour makes London look unreal.

🍴 9. Visit at least one market
Borough, Spitalfields, or Leadenhall = food + architecture in one stop.

✨ 10. Leave space to wander
Some of the best London moments aren’t planned, just walk and explore.

London is one of those cities where getting there is just as fun as the destination 🥹🇬🇧
