When they say “we’ve got Florence and The Machine at home”

Normal people, when they have just been to see their favourite artist, they watch back all the videos on their phone and cry. NOT ME! I call up the nearest venue and ask if I can recreate it 🙂‍↕️

It’s always darkest before the dawn ✨

This bank holiday I’m reminded of when we performed at The Cluny last bank holiday, paying homage to Florence and The Machine! And what a magical night it was. After weeks and months of people telling me to do this show, and me hitting back with “yes - I’ve always wanted to do it but I just feel it would never work!” And now I’m looking back and realising how silly I was.

Whether that night was a joyful celebration, ultimate euphoria or a cult gathering - I’m reminded how healing Florence’s music really is.

I’ve been journalling the phrase “peace is coming” over and over again (a lyric from And Love and also how Florence closes out her most recent tour) because it really does feel that way. Despite all the rubbish stuff, there’s a lot of things to celebrate and peace is definitely coming ❤️

“And your threats and your promises, they don’t scare me
After all, there’s nobody more monstrous than me”
~

I absolutely adore this woman and I adore this band’s music. My ultimate queen for real. Mother of lesbians. So the next few posts that you see from me will just be pure, unequivocal, unleashed joy.

I saw them live (FINALLY) in February and I just knew I needed to recreate the joy and euphoria I felt when sat in little Utilita Arena for 2 hours. I love this cult and this witch coven

Thank you Cluny for letting me continuously live my dreams! And also TJ for just getting it so right every single timeeeeeeeee!!!

I love you @florenceandthemachine @florence, please be my friend thanks xo
If you ever need a body double, you know where I am 🫡

We strongly encourage everyone to come in their best Florence-inspired fit: think flower crowns and flowing chiffon of a witchin’ goddess.

Take us back to the Monster Ball! 🙌

We are reminiscing about the stellar Lady Gaga show at The Cluny where we sang, danced and raised our paws to mother monster for 2 and a half hours!
