My dad & I built the Cougar together . The first motor we built was a new “stock block” 9:6.1 compression 306 we built for N.A but ended up adding 10 psi boost 👀 anyhoooo… the new motor is very stout! A @fordracing M-6010 BOSS 302 block stroked to a 331 was on tap! 9:1 compression @vortechsuperchargers @edelbrockusa Performer RPM heads 2.02 /1.60 Vortech SQ V-2 14# 1.7 rockers @compcamsofficial blower grind Performer RPM intake @scatcrankshafts forged crank Scat H-beam rods @mahle_garage_usa slipper skirt pistons Canton 7 qt. pan . 1 3/4” long tubes off-road X SLP loudmouth -The 306 with 10# layed down close to 500 at the tires . This 331 with 14# revs and she can run . We finished the build in 2007. The whole power train has about 11k miles Haven’t tuned this combo yet #foxbody #foxbodynation #foxbodysonly #foxbodyonly #poweredbyvortech #vortechsuperchargers #boss302 #theotherfoxbody #ford #fordperformance #supercharged #stroker331 #foxcastnation #foxbodymustange #nitrous #turbo #mercurycougar #fordcougar #mercury #foxbodycougar by @fridg_59
