If you catch yourself doing these things often, you’re not doing one of the most important human things which is having joy in your life:
1. Inability to show excitement for your friends wins
2. Constantly comparing your journey to others
3. Feeling like you can’t create your own down time
4. Unable to see the good in most situations

Whatever you’re going through, movement will always help. & moving your body to music can be so incredibly therapeutic 🪩🌊

It might sound cliche but a dance floor is a place to connect with people who might be going through the worst times in their life but look happy and free dancing. You never know what people are going through so let’s move together 🪩

Side note: sitting at a 4 person brunch table brings me so much joy and is such a full circle moment for me. I used to waitress brunch for years and was so envious of all the 20 something year olds who had schedules where they could afford to go to brunch and sit at a table with all their friends. Now this is me!
