Pumpkin Pancakes with a cinnamon swirl and honey butter 🎃🥞

These pancakes are so cozy, fluffy, and the perfect Gilmore Girls- inspired fall breakfast. 🍁🍂

With a little help from @frigidaire’s induction stovetop and templock technology, I was able to lock my temperature in place and get perfect pancakes, one after another.

Pumpkin Pancakes
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
6 tbsp brown sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 1/4 cups buttermilk
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs
2 tbsp salted butter, melted
2 tsp vanilla extract

Cinnamon Swirl
6 tbsp salted butter
6 tbsp granulated sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp of the pumpkin pancake batter

Whipped Honey Cinnamon Butter
1/2 cup salted butter
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract

Fruit Bark Recipe 🍓🫐

This red, white, and blue treat is an easy summer treat and perfect for your 4th of July spread.

INGREDIENTS
¾ cup sliced strawberries
1 cup blueberries
½ cup raspberries
1 (10 oz) bag white chocolate candy melts

METHOD

1. Wash and thoroughly dry all berries.
2. Melt white chocolate candy melts according to package directions.
3. Line a ⅛ sheet tray with parchment paper and scatter berries evenly across the tray.
4. Pour melted chocolate over the berries, then gently tap the tray on the counter to smooth and remove air bubbles.
5. Freeze for 10 minutes, then lift from the tray using parchment paper.
6. Break or cut into pieces and serve.

INGREDIENTS
1 container of Grillospickles dill pickle spears, chopped
1.5 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
8 oz whipped cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup cooked bacon
2 tbsp chopped jalapeños
2tbsp hot sauce
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
green onions, jalapenos, pickles, bacon and cheese, for garnish

METHOD
1. Drain and chop the pickles, set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine the greek yogurt, whipped cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning and mix until well combined.
3. Fold into cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapenos, and hot sauce.
4. Top with green onion, pickles, bacon, and cheese

#ad If you’re intimidated by the thought of making Brown Butter, save this tutorial. The @frigidaire induction cooktop makes it easy to control a precise cooking temperature.

HOW TO:
1. Cube 1 cup unsalted butter and melt it in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Use a light-colored pan so you can easily watch the color change.
3. Swirl the pan occasionally for even cooking.
4. As it melts, the butter will foam and sputter, then start to darken.
5. Once it turns a deep golden brown and the bubbling slows, remove from heat.
6. Carefully pour into a heatproof glass container and let cool.

Use the browned butter in cookies, cakes, or even rice krispie treats.
