Nieuwsgierig?

🎨✨ The Vulnerability of the Surface – What do we really see when we look at art? Our first impression might be color, shape, composition… but there’s always more beneath the surface. This exhibition invites you to slow down, look closer, and uncover what quietly waits to be seen.

Under the name Art by TenD, four experienced artists – Arthur Bernard, Frits van Tol, Jolanda Wassenaar, and Yuri van Zeijl – explore the tension between 2D and 3D, between painting and sculpture. In a playful and serious dialogue, their works meet (or just miss each other) in the space in between.

🧠💫 Vulnerability isn’t just fragility – it’s a source of connection and meaning. Come move through the space between their works, and fill it with your imagination.

📍 Where: Hardenberg Gallery, Pulchri Studio
📅 When: April 19 – May 11, 2025
🎤 Opening: Saturday, April 19 at 16:00, with a speech by Hans van Gaarden

Coming soon! 🎨✨ The Vulnerability of the Surface - Art invites us to look beyond the obvious and uncover deeper layers of meaning. Edgar Degas once said, “Art is not what you see, but what you make others see.” This exhibition challenges the way we perceive and interact with art, inviting you to explore beyond the surface.

Four seasoned artists – Arthur Bernard, Frits van Tol, Jolanda Wassenaar, and Yuri van Zeijl – come together under the name Art by TenD, exploring the delicate balance between 2D and 3D, painting and sculpture. Their work creates a dynamic space for interpretation, where vulnerability and strength coexist.

🌟 Don’t miss this unique exhibition in the Hardenbergzaal, opening on April 19, 2025, at 16:00, with a speech by Hans van Gaarden. Come experience the layers of art and perception.

📅 When: April 19 - May 11, 2025
📍 Where: Hardenbergzaal, Pulchri Studio
🎤 Opening: April 19, 2025, at 16:00
