Growing up we had a set of identical twin uncles, so identical that we could not tell them apart. Unfortunately, one of them passed away after a terrible motorcycle accident. From that day we both knew what it really means to have an identical twins.

We get on each other’s nerves every day but we love each other more than words can express it because we know that any given moment we can lose each other.

Life is not granted, cherish and respect the one you loves and loves you and live life to the fullest. taken in Brooklyn, New York by @fritzisfluent

Self-care is professional care ✨
How you dress, how you show up, and the details you pay attention to all speak before you do. First impressions last—how you do one thing is how you do everything.

I’ll be real, the cold isn’t for me. I’m a Caribbean man through and through. 🌴 But when fall hits, I can’t deny the joy of layering up. Jackets, sweaters, scarves… it’s the one time the chill makes sense.

Discipline in silence. Power in presence. Peace in purpose.

Some days I’m in motion, other days I’m reflecting.

But every day, I’m evolving.
Body trained. Mind sharp. Spirit rooted.

The only war that brings peace is the one where a man kills his own ego.

Every day, I face myself.
Not to conquer the world—but to conquer what separates me from my true self.

The body grows stronger. The mind becomes clearer.
And the soul… finds peace.

God. The Source. The Universe. Whatever you call it—has been good to me.

I may not be exactly where I want to be yet, but I’m already rich in ways that truly matter:
I’m healthy, I’m strong, I’m young, and I’m grounded in who I am.

There’s nothing more valuable than that.

Take care of the human shell your soul inhabits during this journey—it will take care of your mind, your path, and your purpose.
