DA DSU A BERLINO. 🇩🇪

La sala è il punto di partenza.

Part 2, ✊🏽❤️

I really wanted to dedicate this one to you, the dancers. Only videos from the show and the rehearsals (I didn’t capture everything, but you’ll understand the meaning ❤️), because it represents all the work you put in during these 8 days.
Creating a 30-minute show in such a short amount of time was not easy. I really want to highlight your courage, your patience, and especially your ability to adapt.

Some of you come from freestyle, some from hip-hop choreography, others from contemporary… Different backgrounds, different habits, different ways of moving, but you managed to learn, adapt, and grow together.

It truly touched me to see the final result come to life. We all know that 8 days is nothing to build a 30-minute show…( vidéo shoot and ecc....) and yet, you did it 🙌

We Thank you all for your energy, your trust, and your dedication. We proud of you ❤️ taken in Berlin, Germany by @fritzzamy

Well… I’m not going to make a big speech because you know me 😅.
First of all, thank you to my friend Fritz. 20 years of friendship and nothing has changed. Thank you for trusting me with this project. Honestly, it means a lot ❤️.

@kilombo.camps 💥
Suzy & Yery, thank you for your welcome. You were amazing from the beginning to the end, and you made us feel right at home.
And then there were the meetings… The Spanish crew, the Italian crew… I barely knew you, and yet I feel like you’ve been part of my life for a long time already. You’re already a little bit like my own kids 😂❤️.
The Belgians… you never change 🤣. Always the same. Even when I drive you crazy, you’ll always be my little ones at heart.
Dario aka Buco 😉, thank you for the talks, the laughs, the crazy moments. Stay the way you are, my brother.

And Alessio… what a beautiful surprise. An artist with a big heart, and that’s not something you meet every day.

In the end, I’m leaving with much more than just memories… I’m leaving with new people in my heart.
And like we said at the end…

Back in the day… VOILÀ ❤️😅😉 taken in Berlin, Germany by @fritzzamy

Art becomes a space for dialogue ✨
Our second international artistic residency has started at Kilombo Camps.
Today we gathered for our first conversations around this year’s theme:
VALUE — Value • Money • Society
What gives something value?
Can money measure everything?
How do our experiences shape what we value?
These questions will accompany us over the next two weeks as we explore them through movement, creativity and exchange.
Dancers from Italy, Spain, Belgium, Ukraine and Germany have come together for an intensive programme of House Dance, Hip-Hop, Contemporary Dance, Videodance and international artistic collaboration.
Joining this edition are our guest artists:
