Why I love playing in the park.... it's fun getting outside to play and be a part of the community! I'm excited to bring my Live Looping set to the park someday soon and for now I'd love to hear song requests so I can keep it freshhhh :) by @frix.music
Mi primer concierto en CDMX 😢// My first concert in CDMX… #livemusic #frix #artist #music #cdmx by @frix.music

5 things I wish I knew as an artist before I turned 30: 1. Making money as a musician is a lot easier than making money as an artist. 2. Get to know the venue: the manager, the team, the sound engineer. A long-term partnership makes your events more successful. 3. To be a successful artist, you need to be good at the business side too. 4. Try new things and challenge yourself instead of practicing the same thing all the time. 5. Go out of your way to help others. You succeed as a team and grow together. Which one hits home for you? #musicbusiness #independentartist #musicianlife #artistadvice #musicindustry #livemusic #musician by @frix.music
Your music doesn't need to be complicated. Start with a basic progression, add some rhythm, swap in seventh chords, then play with inversions. Good music isn't about making it the most complicated. It's about making the simple things sound beautiful 🎹 What's a progression you keep coming back to? #songwriting #guitar #musictheory #seventhchords #chordprogression #guitarist #musician by @frix.music
