Beach Brawl 2025. Competing this weekend was an incredible experience alongside some inspiring individuals. Our team placed 17/43 but the true value lay in celebrating my journey towards better health. Sharing this experience with close friends who have been with me every step of the way made it even more special. I'm thankful for the chance to reflect on my progress and for the support of @momentum_thibodauxcrossfit @hypurofit by @frjdmatherne

First time for everything. Spent Saturday morning at a little CrossFit competition in New Orleans. Good time for sure. Fun stretching myself, and I even took 2nd in my division. #festivus2025 #marrerocrossfit #crossfit huge thanks to @momentum_thibodauxcrossfit & @hypurofit taken in Marrero CrossFit by @frjdmatherne

Great night for our state, local community, and university. But I’m most proud of our guys. These guys represented themselves, their families, and their university with strength and grace. I was honored to be with them last night in a stadium that I’ve been in hundreds of times now, but never in another team’s colors. Red looked good. And as the season goes along, it’ll continue to be worn with pride. Come out, support our guys, and be proud of the Colonels! #swordsup #geauxcolonels taken in Tiger Stadium by @frjdmatherne

Sad day. Crazy couple of days for Padre. Unfortunately, they ended by saying goodbye to my buddy. He was a joy to have for the little while I did. Such a good dog. by @frjdmatherne
