Please go through all the slides, read to the end and do all you can to help. Any little bit helps. Follow Abdul here: @abederazek Retyping the text here: Abdul Alkurd is a 38 year old husband and father to 4 beautiful kids in the G Strip. They’ve been running a campaign for donations ever since the beginning of the g cide in 2023 but have only reached 48% of their goal. In conversations I’ve had with Mr Alkurd online, he says that things have only improved slightly since the ceasefire but he still wishes his children weren’t robbed of education, healthcare, electricity and of their chance of a decent future that those of us in western countries automatically have. Like anyone impacted by the war, like anyone who’s been through hell and back, like anyone who cares about family and has humanity, he says he wishes the war would stop altogether. So what can you do? If you can’t stop the war altogether, why don’t you donate to Mr Alkurd’s gofundme campaign? Remember, the money that the campaign has already received have remained at 40-50% since February. To say that the Alkurd family deserves your donation is an understatement to say the least. To donate, go here: https://www.gofundme.com/f/qcw2y-assist-me-and-my-children-in-escaping-from-gaza-please?attribution_id=sl:df9cee57-75cc-468c-8103-f2c51d5a1bf1&utm_campaign=p_cp+share-sheet&utm_medium=copy_link_all&utm_source=customer. Or if you don’t have any money to donate, share, like and comment on this post so it can reach people who can donate. Please help this amazing and brave family have a future. ❤️🖤🤍💚 #freep4lestine #freepalestine🇵🇸❤️🍉 #protectgaza #gaza #share #fypage #donate #gofundme #artforacause #family #dontscroll #fashion #bravery #compassionoverkilling #childrenofgaza❤️🇵🇸 #g4za by @fromalicesperspective

Next up in my Novi Stars redesigns is Alie Lectric! (Nice name lol) For this design I wanted to hone on how smart but shy this character sounded from the tidbits of info from her character profile and web series appearances. Since she loves science, I tried to kinda make her look a bit like a little nerd (hence the turtleneck and Mary Janes) but also combine aspects of the golden fancy pants dress Alie wears in the official promo image and the simple black dress her actual doll wears. Basically I toned down the bold shapes and colours of her original design to convey her intellect and cautious nature more. Description of artwork: A young, humanoid, teenaged alien girl with pointy ears stands idly, clutching a big purple textbook to her chest. She has a dark pink hair bob with a black bow hair clip on the left of her fringe. 2 silver antennae stick out of her head. She wears a beige/gold long sleeved sweater, a flowy black skirt with white and dark pink trimming, white socks up to her knees and black Mary Jane school shoes. Her eyes are the same dark pink as her hair and look to the right cautiously. Her left leg is slightly bent inwards to emphasise her slight nervousness. #novistars #novistarsdolls #fanart #novistarsfanart #redesign #characterdesign #fashion #art #artist #fyp #dollstagram by @fromalicesperspective
Digital art summary of 2024 (including a Steven Universe comic I forgot to post oops). Will hopefully be doing one of these for the traditional art I made this year. But seriously, words cannot describe how thankful I am for everything and everyone this year. To everyone I've met this year, both IRL or online, even if you just liked one of my posts or or of my comments on other posts, thank you so much for being awesome. Wish you all the best for 2025! :) #artistvsartist #artsummary2024 #artsummary2024meme #art #fanart #oc #originalcharacter #conceptart #design #digitalart #animation #characterdesign #happynewyear2025 #happynewyear by @fromalicesperspective
I present to you, Tilly Solden, an OC I made for one of my uni classes this year! Name: Tilly Solden anyway here's her bio: Age: 14 Race: Goblin (her and grandfather are last of their kind) Pronouns: any Occupation: Thief (her and grandfather were evicted and thrown in the slums in their village Idyllic and forced to steal to survive) Family: Her grandfather Craig Solden and her mother Sadie Solden (barely remembers mother cos she moved away when Tilly was really young) Sexuality: Pan Goal: Be able to afford a decent living for herself and her grandfather without having to worry about money or verbal abuse from the villagers Fear: That no matter what she does it isn't enough Random fact: Is able to adapt to situations ridiculously quicker than the average human due to living on the streets and escaping from the people she stole for so long. #oc #originalcharacter #characterdesign #2danimation #goblin #artistoninsta #art #design #animation by @fromalicesperspective
MONSTER HIGH ART DUMP!! I keep telling myself to upload these separately but I do not have the time or energy to do that so here is all of them! I drew Elphie again! The reference I used was from an image from a Wicked themed calendar I got for Christmas:). I really hope I managed to get the subtle yearning vibe I wanted to convert right but you can judge that :) Ignore the fact I can’t draw pillar markings lol #wicked #elphaba #cynthiaeviro #wickedmovie #wickedthemusical #elphabathropp #screenshotredraw #artistsoninstagram #traditionalart #pinkgoesgoodwithgreen by @fromalicesperspective
I bloody LOVE THE WICKED MOVIE SOOOOO MUCH so of course I had to draw them from one of my favourite songs in the film. No idea if I got the colours right though, I was only using a few screenshots from the song on YouTube as reference. Description of art: 2 women stand away from each other, clutching their textbooks and glaring at each other from the corners of their eyes. The woman on the right, Elphaba, has green skin, glasses and black braids tied into a plait cascading down her back. She wears a blue, long sleeved shirt and a long, stripy black and grey skirt. The textbook she is clutching to her chest says ‘The Wiz’. The girl on the left, Glinda, is pale, has brown eyes, blonde wavy hair braided on the sides and wears a long sleeved pink blouse with small cotton balls on them and frills on her wrists. She also wears a stripy, pink and grey pencil skirt. The purple book she’s holding is titled ‘Sorcery 101.’ Between the girls are text that reads ‘LOATHING. Unadulterated LOATHING.’ #wicked #wickedmovie #wickedthemusical #cynthiaerivo #arianagrande #fanart #elphaba #glinda #drawing #pencildrawing #whatisthisfeeling #art #characterdesign #broadway #musicals by @fromalicesperspective
Yet ANOTHER redesign of a Novi Stars character-this time the lovely Una Verse! Tried to play around with the top and skirt a bit to make it have elements of the original design shape and colour wise but with more detail (and a cute cardigan). Will probably push this design more and play around with the hair more methinks. All rights of Novi Stars go to MGA Entertainment, Moose and Mattel. Description: A tall, slim, blue skinned teenage alien girl stands with her legs close together, her right arm by her side and her left hand sweeping under her chin to frame her face. She looks to the right knowingly at something offscreen, smirking. She has a white fringe, while long, white, wavy hair cascades down her back, the strands around her face dyed dark blue. On her head are two, town silver antennas with blue orbs on the ends. On her wrists are matching silver, chunky bracelets. She wears a dark blue long sleeved cardigan with white bubbles on it over her silver turtleneck shirt. She also wears a dark blue, poofy skirt that nearly reaches her knees with medium blue frills on the ends. Her legs go from light blue to light yellow, with bubbles inside the legs to indicate they’re translucent. Dark blue, heeled boots are on her feet. #novistars #novistarsdolls #novistarsfanart #redesign #fyp #dollstagramm #drawing by @fromalicesperspective
If you’ve been seeing my Insta story lately you might’ve heard I saw Tina Turner the Musical last night. Well firstly, IT WAS AMAZING TINA’S SUCH AN INSPIRING WOMAN, secondly, I drew this to celebrate her and thirdly, I listened to so many versions of Simply the Best when making this. So here you go, fanart of the one and only Tina Turner! (also if anyone from the production I saw last night is reading this YOU WERE AMAZINGGGG YOU SHOULD BE SO PROUD OF YOURSELF ok that’s enough caps) Description of art: A 40 something black woman with spiky, wispy blonde and brown hair stands with her feet apart confidently, singing into a golden microphone with her head thrown back. She wears a red dress with no sleeves, the skirt pleats swishing around. Dark purple/red stockings and red shiny shoes are worn underneath. Behind the woman is a burgundy coloured background scattered with tiny, blurry yellow dots. Across the top of the artwork, the words ‘Tina Turner’ is seen. #tinaturner #tinaturnerthemusical #tinaturnermusical #tinaturnerthemusicalau #fanart by @fromalicesperspective
