A dressing room, built with kitchen cabinets.

Our new Smoked Oak fronts are fitted across IKEA’s SEKTION/METOD kitchen system, designed around modular cabinets in a wide range of widths, heights and configurations.

Tall cabinets form the wardrobe wall, while deep and shallow drawers give a dedicated place to the smaller pieces that can get lost in a conventional wardrobe, from jewellery and watches to belts and scarves. Cover panels give the run a seamless, built-in finish, and considered handles complete the detail.

The result? Storage that reads as custom joinery rather than modular cabinetry, with the warmth of oak and the quiet refinement of a framed edge. Plan your wardrobe with our design team.

More from this project soon. For now, would you have guessed it was IKEA? by @fronteriors

Upgrade your IKEA Pax Wardrobe System with Curved. A collection designed in collaboration with US-based design duo, @primeprojects

More than just a door, this modular design features five complementary door faces that can be combined in various ways, redefining the way we use IKEA cabinetry with a striking aesthetic that plays with lines and sculptural curves for ultimate design flexibility.

$At home with @lelanief, New York photographer, and her family of four, in a kitchen designed around the way they live. We first met Lelanie when she chose Fronteriors natural oak fronts for her family kitchen. Little did we know she was also a photographer, or that our paths would cross again through another New York project and, eventually, these beautiful images of her own home. There’s something very special about seeing a kitchen once it has become part of everyday life. Built around IKEA SEKTION cabinetry, the space pairs practical modular storage with Fronteriors oak fronts and custom panels for a considered finish. Whether your space follows standard dimensions or proportions entirely its own, every front deserves the same care. More possibilities coming soon. The Bedrosians tiles along the back wall bring another layer of texture to the kitchen, providing a subtle counterpoint to the warmth and natural grain of the oak. It's the kind of considered material pairing that gives a space depth without asking for attention.\ We were so drawn to Fronteriors’ elegance and appreciation for design. The product was so well crafted, and the team’s personable approach made us feel like we were working with good friends who cared just as much as we did. Our kitchen is truly the heart of our home, and one year later we are loving our space. - Lelanie Foster A Kohler faucet and Kraus sink anchor the working space; seating from CB2 and Blu Dot complements the cabinetry. A green runner from Rugs USA adds softness and colour, while an Alessi tea kettle and Nordic Knots curtains add personality to this hard-working space. It’s a reminder that a kitchen is never just the cabinetry. It’s the way every element comes together — and the way a family makes a space its own. Quality is in the details you notice slowly. The weight of a door. The depth of a finish. The way the grain carries from one front to the next.

It’s what Fronteriors has built its reputation on - design-led fronts, made without compromise.

Every front is made to order, considered from the first sketch to the final finish. Materials chosen for how they feel, not just how they photograph. Veneers matched by hand. Edges, profiles and proportions refined until they sit exactly as they should.

A place for everything. Thoughtfully designed storage.

When working with clients to plan their wardrobes, we consider the use of either IKEA’s Pax wardrobe system or the Metod/Sektion kitchen system. In some cases, we use both. The final choice comes down to the customer’s specific requirements.

We’ve compiled an in-depth look at what to consider when planning your wardrobe. Read over on our journal.
