In late June, "Seduction" was the first of my dahlias to open. And now it October it's still looking great and producing more flowers than the others. Makes for a nice vase too.

Forget to label this dahlia but she's flowering very nicely.

Kelvin Floodlight is a great dahlia! Huge flower and very happy yellow colour.

Iron in the Fire, a very striking dahlia with big feathery orange blooms on black foliage. Can't take too much credit as this is not one I grew from a tuber (bought it already growing from the excellent Lower Morden Lane garden centre).

Bohemian Spartacus is one of my favourite names for a dahlia. And he's a big boy. Dinner plate style and about 1.5m tall in a pot.

Wine-eyed Jill, one of the dahlias I grew from tubers this year. Very pretty colouring

I love the pure white of roselily Aisha! This one paired really well with Olympia (see my last post). Aisha is a bit taller at about 1.5m and lovely big flowers.

Lilies are really peaking at the moment in the front garden. Love them so much, just wish they flowered for longer!

I love all my babies but roselily Olympia is a real stunner! One of the few growing in the ground in my garden

Today's lily is Beverly Dreams. Beautiful flower but didn't grow as big as I expected. Think maybe I had it in too shady a spot.

Fully into lily season now! Loving these Best Regards lilies grown in a medium pot.

All my lilies came from @hartsnursery this year.

These Stargazer lilies are looking (and smelling) gorgeous.

They shared a pot with the Flavia ones from my last post, which have now gone over so Stargazer is taking centre stage.
