October's the biggest month yet — we're now dancing THREE nights a week. 🤠

🗓️ MONDAYS — Intermediate+ lessons, 7–9 PM. Four-week progression: Structure & Movement → Rhythm → Connection → Integration. Pre-registration required.

🗓️ THURSDAYS at @broken_bow_denver — free fundamental swing lessons 6:30–7:30, live band after, no cover. First 30 covers basics and hand positions, last 30 is a new move voted on by the community.

🗓️ FRIDAYS — open-level lesson 7–8, social 8–11, $10 door. Country swing all month plus @mateo_manz teaching line dance on the 9th and 23rd.

Three nights. One community. However you want to dance, we've got a floor for you.

And new this month — we've got a LIVE schedule on our website that always has the latest. Any changes, guest instructors, or special events show up there first. Link in bio.

INT+ IS HERE — OCTOBER TRIAL

We’re trying something a little different.

INT+ — Intermediate+ Technique Series is a new four-week class built around a simple idea:

Learn how to dance — not just what to dance.

This isn’t a moveset class. Instead, we’re going to spend four weeks working on the things that make the moves actually work:

→ Structure & movement
→ Rhythm, stretch & compression
→ Connection & intensity
→ Musicality & intentionality
→ Applying it all to your dancing

Each Monday will build on the previous week, with guided practice and concepts you can take onto the social floor.

OCTOBER TRIAL

📍 Wheat Ridge Studio
🗓 Mondays in October
⏰ 7–9 PM
💰 $50

Your October membership includes:

• All 4 INT+ Monday lessons
• Every Friday lesson + social throughout October
• Only 14 spots — 7 leads + 7 follows

This October is intentionally a condensed trial. We’ll teach, test, gather feedback, and refine the format.

If it works the way we hope, the next step will be 3-month INT+ training cycles with deeper progression and material.

You don't have to be perfect to join. You should be comfortable with the foundational material listed in the slides so we can spend our time exploring what happens between the moves.

Registration is on our website. taken in Wheatridge, Colorado by @frontrangecountryswing

This Friday we've got @mateo_manz in the house for a line dance night. 🤠

He's teaching High Class (32-count intermediate) with some fun song swaps, then I Like It by Nate Smith (32-count beginner), and closing the lesson with 3 to Tango by Pitbull (48-count intermediate).

Lesson runs roughly 7–8 PM — come early, no experience needed, we'll get you moving.

Then social from 8–11: line dance, MCS, progressive, and WCS all night. Mateo's taking your requests.
