Senior Spotlight 🎓

Kaylee Frost is from Wellington, Florida and began training in dance at twelve years old. She trained recreationally at Precision Dance Conservatory and attended Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts. Frost continued her studies in dance at the University of South Florida where she will graduate with a Bachelors of Fine Arts (BFA) concentrated in modern dance.
During Frost’s time at USF she had the opportunity to choreograph for the Student Dance Concert and was a selected choreographer for the Central Florida Choreographer Collaboration 2022/2023 season. This allowed her opportunities to create dance on film and choreograph across central Florida. Which brought to fruition a relationship with the Salvador Dali Museum, where she is continuing to produce commissioned evening works for events at the museum.
In addition to Frost choreographic endeavors she has held the role of a teaching artist for two years with Arts4All Florida. She has held 4, seven week teaching residencies across Hillsborough County in Tampa Florida. In her residencies, Frost explores Florida Standards of Education in a movement context.

Frost is currently exploring options for arts administration and will be continuing to create and perform locally in Tampa, Florida post graduation. taken in University of South Florida by @frost.dance

What an incredible experience performing at USF with our Pride Elite Team! 🌟 We’re so proud to be part of the USF legacy and to share the stage with such talent.

A special shoutout to @frost.dance , our Modern Adjunct Teacher/guest choreographer this season, and proud alum for her piece “Mosaic.” It was truly outstanding!
