I really love the lifter gel, but the peel off lip liner just doesn’t have enough color payoff for me. It’s fineee....just not my favorite.

It’s true!! And it doesn’t always have to be a lot of effort. It could simply mean sweeping on some blush and lip gloss before you head out the door, or just swapping out your sweats for your best fitting jeans!
You put on an outfit you feel great in → you feel more confident → you carry yourself differently → you’re more likely to go to the gym, say yes to plans, be more present with your family, or tackle something you’ve been putting off. You catch my drift?

The “effort” didn’t do all of that. But it helped create the feeling that got you moving. by @frostamaa

Our kids are getting a little bit older. They need us a little less. And we’re now realizing we’re allowed to need a little more from life too. A little bit more fun a little bit more confidence. More intentional dressing for the day. This is a new chapter for us too, and it’s going to be a good one!
